This location sucks. The employees don't know a thing about anything. Spent 20mins on hold just for the gardening department to tell me they didn't know what manure was.

outstanding service from Justin at the customer service. My order was brought out to me in a timely fashsion and evening a item I had forgotten was bought outside to me once again number 1 with customer service thanks.

Went to this store (#2584 Reisterstown Rd) to order hard wood flooring, as well as installation. However, after seeing the overwhelming number of negative reviews of the contracted HD installer, chose NOT to have HD install, yet went ahead ordering the material. After countless phone calls and several visits over the course of 2 weeks, was finally able to pick up the material, but only after an incredibly difficult and frustrating amount of energy spent dealing with the HD sales, service, and management. Throughout this process, it was abundantly obvious that the employees of this store (who btw were all incredibly friendly) are likely poorly trained...this culminated with finally picking up the material, which was locked in their storage for pick-up, labeled with my name, yet the cashier at the "pro desk" took 45 mins attempting to discern if she should release the order, only doing so after a manager was called and who released the material without so much as blinking an eye. Will never again go to this store to purchase ANYTHING. Oh, and this store is a mess, one of the sloppiest HD stores I've ever stepped foot in.

I paid $79 for a 2 pallet truck delivery which is completely inaccurate. So I guess my nail gun and brad nails were on one pallet and my 10 strips of 1x2's were on another pallet that the guy in his vehicle forgot to use when he through my nail gun over my fence, dropped the nails in the trash can at the edge of the fence and tossed the strips of wood over the gate. $79 sounds accurate for a $8.99 delivery order. Never again will I use Home Depot for even regular orders. I placed a WEB order but because it was delivered by this store I was not able to get help with this order. Calling said store was another headache as no one seems to want to answer the phone and when they do you are left on hold. Honestly I would skip this place.

Horrible customer service. No cash registers open, only self service. 4-5 employees hovering around the self service that could open a register. not sure why I should have to do a cashier's job while they stand around and tap like hens.... I'd give 0 stars if there was that option

You can do it, we can help is a lie.Owings Mills, store #2507. This wasn't my first ridiculous experience at this location, but it was about the worst. I spent a good 15 minutes pacing several aisles near the lumber department, looking for an orange apron to cut some oak lumber. (When you sell lumber by the linear foot, it would be nice to have someone there to give me the linears I'm looking for!) Found one! Oh - he doesn't handle the saw but he'll page someone. Good enough. Five minutes more and still no one. Flag down another orange apron who also doesn't work that area and she pages for help in the lumber aisle. Another five or so minutes and a couple of other people have them page again for help. STILL no one after another 10 minutes. Not one orange apron anywhere near the lumber, but plenty at the front of the store running their mouths or taking their time shifting product around trying to look busy.Hey! Home Depot! Your business model is garbage! I know it's an outdated concept these days, but you used to hire people with product knowledge and a willingness to help. I'm sure you're not paying them much, but whatever you're giving your employees is wasted money. That goes for lumber, lawn & garden, seasonal, plumbing and, with the exception of one guy whose name I can't recall, tools. And please don't bother to respond with that tired empty apology how this is unacceptable and how you'd like to discuss this further. I won't call you to discuss what you could see for yourself by walking through the store. Ever seen the show Undercover Boss? Try it.

Do not rent a tool from this store. It will take forever to get the paperwork done and then the tool will breakdown.

Just needed to rent at truck. Process wasn't as quick as I expected because they asked for more information than I expected, but my own fault on not coming prepared.
