I did a curbside pick up today. Justin, the associate who brought out my order did a great job making sure everything was correct. He really went the extra mile to make sure that I got exactly what I ordered.

Where do we start both of the young ladies behind the pro desk this morning upon arrival no hello no did you find everything you needed none of that just do you want a protection plan. No Thank You. Nothing. Just rung it up said something under her breath of coarse snatched my receipt and slung it to my with the whole broken wrist thing... I get it, but if you hate your job And have absolutely no customer service skills whatsoever why are you even behind the pro desk in the first place bad example of Customer Service I highly recommend this location changes the young ladies behind the pro desk they are ignorant rude disrespectful and have a Zero customer service.

I only give one star and that is for the nice lady at the paint department. I went to return a couple of items and the woman acted like I was taking money out of her pocket because it was now out of the wrapping. Stating; "How are we supposed to sell this to customers now?" Her name is Stacey at Customer Service and her along with the other lady working customer service have bad attitudes! The man in front of me even asked the woman if she was having a bad day because her attitude and tone was so egregious. To which she answered no. Once he finished his return and walked away I heard him mumble under his breath; "Well, I guess than you're just a B word every day." With all the available jobs these days, if you're not happy at your current one, get a new one! Don't make everybody else offer for your poor choices. Put a smile on your face and be happy that you are blessed!

As Home Depot's go, this ones not my favorite. It's understaffed and the majority of the time they are out of what I'm looking for and I have to go to the store in Golden Ring. I would just go the Golden Ring store first, but this is one is much closer to me so I have to check it first. I haven't really had a bad experience, it's just that this store seems to be the forgotten store and usually has the worst selection. It's fine for common items, but not things where you want a large selection of different models to choose from.

The typical Home Depot, but without anyone checking you out. That is all up to you by using the self checkout, really a pain in the bit.

Love this place. Needed help cutting wood. Was helped by the most wonderful associate ever Raymond. He did exactly what I needed and was extremely kind and professional. Will most certainly be coming back to this location!

My husband is a state trooper. He had just finished his shift and decided to run in quickly to grab something. He asked a women for assistance who worked there. She start up told him no she would not help him. (As he was in uniform). He asked again if she seriously wouldn't help him, which she again replayed no. He had to walk around the store to find someone else to help, and when he did a gentleman helped him, kindly. But I cannot believe simply because he was an officer in uniform she refused to help him. We love closely to this homedepot but I will gladly drive else where moving forward.

Lowes"" Lowes"" Lowes"". One of the worst overall business transactions I've ever experienced. I will spend my home improvement dollar at Lowes from now on. The rep in the appliance department lies. This man lies worst than Donald Trump. After cereal lying he then proceeded to interrupt while the next rep was trying to help , so I decided to order my refrigerator mother board on line. I paid for over night shipping , the next day no part, so then I call customer service and speak to a Betty Lynn or Jody Lynn or somebody Lynn who tells me that even tho I paid for overnight I should have known that Sat or Sun would not count as days. She then told me that I should have verified the date to make sure it was correct ; even though, my receipt shows over night and the 27.00 fee that I was charged was for over night. I'm a fairly smart human being.. If the policy excludes Sat & Sun unless you pay an additional fee just say so don't dullshi* the consumer and have some dopes answering the phone and suggest that I should have paid closer attention to the internet prompts. I'll tell you what spend your money at Lowes, Lowes , Lowes...

Not a great selection compared to other HD locations, but has most of the basics. Staff (when you can find them) are usually helpful. Most of the time you will have to hit the self checkout lines (because they don't have any cashiers working). This can be especially annoying when one of them is down and one is card only. You will be at the mercy of how quickly the rest of the customers can check out. Of course, when I went around noon on a Wednesday, most of the people using the self checkout have probably never used a computer. The 'register monitor' just kind of stood in the middle of the floor, refusing to assist in any way. Maybe it was a source of entertainment for her and helped her to pass the slow Wednesday afternoon.

Not too bad. No cashiers but there was the self checkout. There was someone to help if needed but there should be cashiers as well on a Tuesday afternoon 6:15ish pm. Im just glad there wasn't a line
