Issues keeping employees. Takes longer to get things.

Slow, the workers are absolute idiots, they can stand on their phones and pop their gum but can’t help customers. I hate that Home Depot I only go there if I have no choice.

I asked for help getting a garbage can down for me. The cashier paged for help. I waited 15 minutes and no one ever showed up. I had to leave. I asked several workers if there was a manager around. They all looked at me and said, "I don't know." Ridiculous.

Went in for a light fixture. 9 out of 10 employees greeted me with a “good morning”.

They rented a stump grinder to us and it didn't work. It ended up having a ticket on it that said it was broken and not to rent it out. HD on eastern avenue is terrible. Actually they all are. We rented one from ABC rental for $200 less plus got a military discount of close to $40.00.

I am "over the moon with customer service provided by Isaac on a delivery problem. He owned it, solved it delighted this customer. Cudos to Isaac and to the Store for empowering employees to "get it done!"

The store is poorly staffed and always picked over. They seem to under order (or not order certain items at all). The counts on the website aren't accurate either. I usually check online before going to store to make sure items are in stock. Its 50/50. A noticeable number of staff are not wearing masks properly. New city ordinance 2021 = no checkout bags. Home depot has no alternative. I will be driving 5 extra minutes to the county where the Home Depot is clean, staffed, stocked, and give bags to bring all little bits and pieces you purchase out of store.

I ordered paint on line and when it arrived at my home the cans were damaged. I have sent an email about this and have called the customer support # for 2 days in a row. Have been on hold for over an hour. I am about ready to call my credit card company and to a charge back to my credit card. This is very poor customer service.

Ordered a dryer in store with Home Depot. We have a 31 inch depth closet that it would need to fit in. Sales associate helped and we got a 28 inch depth whirlpool dryer. Had it delivered today and delivery team stated they could not set it up due to the fact that they could not cut the vent hose. The guy said it would be really easy to cut it down to length we needed and then camp it on both ends. Three hours later we still could not get the dryer vent hose on both ends At

Their appliance services are awful. I ordered a dishwasher, and because they aren't that expensive I had to pay for delivery, install and haul away of the old appliance. Today, on my delivery date, they dropped off the new dishwasher, but wrote "No" to the install and haul away. Apparently a dishwasher install requires someone with a higher level of skill to do the install, and they did not send a person of such skill. Calling customer service was a nightmare and wasted a
