All my wardrobe fitted on first try, trunk show was an absolute success. They will come to your home or place of work to take measurements and deliveries . Steve and his assistant arrived at my home at our scheduled time. They immediately got started on helping me choose some new wardrobe items. We laughed and talked throughout the process. Having been getting clothing from this company for 6 years now I can tell you they are the finest clothing company I have ever experienced!

Worst money I’ve ever spent. From the pants, to the shirt and the suits. They’re custom made not actually custom fit. If you have an athletic body, want a slim fit/more of a modern fit DO NOT USE THEM. They only measure with a tape and chalk when they’re fitting you they don’t use any pins at all.They sent my stuff out multiple times to be fitted and it was worse every time. I’ve bought suits off a rack that were 4 sizes too big and when my original tailor was done they fit me like they were made from scratch. After reaching out to corporate they just reached out to my rep which never resolved anything and told me I’m too picky. All said and done I had to take anything to my new tailor and pay more money to get everything to fit the right way. My brother basically had the same issue but his fit was tolerable after he got sick of them trying to fix his stuff as well.
