The worst business to patronize. The black heavy set lady up at the front is the meanest, nastiest, unfriendly person that I have ever encountered. She did not want to do het job and ultimately I left without my package. I hope I can see someone else the next time I try to get my package.

Terrible place of business the lady up front heavy set black lady lies about what she is doing so that she doesn’t have to work this happened for a month straight the guys up front will make you wait over 30 minutes to get assistance and then tell you that the system is down (western union) I hate that place shut the whole store down very rude terrible customer service….

It’s so sad that I have to make such a horrible review on this store and I have never purchased anything from here. Let me start by saying this if you ever have a UPS package sent here DONT! The lady at the front desk who handles the packaging.( short hair, glasses,heavy set) thought on this day that she was going to have a free pair of Nike shoes! I went into retrieve my item with all my correct information and the label with MY NAME ON IT BTW was covered up by three brothers I believe specifically by that woman. This woman gave me the hardest time talking about my package didnt have a name on it WHICH IT DID! All in all don’t get no packages delivered here because they might just try and still your item! Beware

Came in to cash 2 money order's and was told that It could not be verified because they were bought the same day... Kinda swarmed a nigga soon I came to the register on some weird s**** Should not serve black community.

I called in advance and asked whether they service straight talk customers who want to pay their phone bill. The guy who answered the phone told me yes. I went there and to my surprise, the woman entered my phone number in the system and it's said invalid number. It turned out that straight talk is not one of the stores partners. Even the woman didn't know if straight talk is in the system. So the guy who answered my phone call lied to me. If you don't know something ask somebody else or ur supervisor or whoever is working at that station. It also turned out that the woman working at the station where I was paying my phone bill didn't know either if they handle straight talk customers. Aslo she has a very stern and menacing look, it makes one uneasy. I looked at her eyes I saw they are just like that but that's very menacing. It can scare aware away customers.

Has everything you can think of and very efficient with getting you in and out with everything you need. They have an amazing used car dealership that will do what it takes to get you in the car you want so you don't feel like you settled. Dorothy is easy to get along with and works quickly. I've been shopping with Mark and 3 brothers for over 20 years because they just know how to do things right. Keep up the great work 3 brothers store and used cars.

Three brothers is super convenient and a great neighborhood store that literally has almost everything you could possibly need.The car lot is also amazing. Dot takes her time to answer any and all questions and she is thorough with the paperwork and goes out of the way to be of the best assistants to her customers
