This is my second time using Ourisman to do my repairs. The entire staff were great to work with. The first time I had an issue a few weeks after getting my car back, and the team addressed all my concerns and were efficient in making sure everything was right which was greatly appreciated. Service is slower than a turtle race and expensive I went in for a oil brake fluid and fuel filter change took them 5 hours also ask them to change my turn signal bulb in rear they didn’t also ask for them to change my headlight that was out they waited the entire 5 hours to say it will be an additional 100 to do so smh never will I go back again

I feel like I was had because my van broke down and I had it towed to the dealer. All it needed was a battery and they made me agree to paying a minimum charge of over $600 before they would look at it. All I needed was a battery and they charged me over $600 for that. Such a rip off. Over priced and over charged. Unfortunately I was in a vulnerable Position by needing it towed without knowledge of what was wrong.

I want to give the biggest shout out to DYANI . She was nothing short of amazing. She not only listened to my concerns about a car I wanted and everything else I wanted with it. Fast, friendly service. Had my Jeep Wrangler in for a paint corrosion warranty repair. They replaced the hood, all 4 doors and the tailgate. The paint matched perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

I would not recommend or return to this shop given the choice. Most interactions have been difficult. Mainly due to lack of communication on the status of work. I waited 2 months to have the last issue resolved from point of contact. I only received updates when I initiated calls. The initial work done, was not done to satisfaction and I think they just took that out on me. The bumper was not lining up due to use of aftermarket parts and a fog light just came off from inspecting it. This is not great work. Original parts replaced that bumper, but there were visible scrapes left on the site of the work. I was told nothing more could be done. The GM, Andy Robicheaux was quite rude and dismissive on my last visit to the shop. He was frankly aggressive, intimidating, and mean. Very disappointed overall.
