It's getting better for me.
Being old school and learning the application was challenging and frustrating. However the more you use the app. The better you become and easier and user friendly on the app.
Excellent service and the agency provides the service and experience to serve.

During COVID, I joined the pay as you go insurance. Now I’m paying a lot more on the pay as you go. When I tried to convert to traditional coverage with Allstate, I was quoted 3x higher thane the pay as you go rate.
Looking for a traditional insurance outside of Allstate.

The best insurance agency I’ve ever had great leadership from Teresa Scott and her team provides excellent customer service very knowledgeable, professional and caring staff every time I called them never any issues. I highly recommend them to family and friends I’m not going anywhere very satisfied customer.

Definitely not professional and after reading all of the other reviews maybe Allstate should look into her best practices. She has never sent me a welcome package or called when you told me should would on multiple occasions to discuss my policy. I even had one of her staff call me to tell me my insurance was cancelled and I made a payment 4 days prior on the due date. Maybe the whole staff are in need of customer service training!I would not recommend this office to my enemy.

Ms.Scott and her agency has very poor customer service she is very unprofessional!I have done business with Allstate for many years and never received this kind of poor customer service from them.I'm highly upset and disappointed.This is a new policy that I started back in April after switching back to Allstate because of great service that I've received from them in the past,but after this recent business dealings with Ms.Scott and her agency I'm not sure if this is the right insurance company for me.I have changed agents within Allstate and will see how this goes but,her agency has put a sour taste in my mouth.She does not follow up with customers,she was rude and unprofessional hanging up on a customer unprovoked.Stating that because I started my policy with the 1-800 customer service number and made changes to my account via customer service I needed to reach out to them and let them help me with my situation.That is why she gets paid a commission to manage my policy and address my concerns.If I could have given her negative zero stars I would have.Stay clear of her agency.Allstate needs to clean house and monitor who they have representing their Corporation.

This office lack communication and professionalism! My insurance was late due to me starting a new job and pay issues. I contacted Ms. Scott and made arrangements to pay my insurance. I submitted payment, sent her an email and assumed all was well. 2 months later I received a check in the mail for the amount the has been paid to date, stating my coverage was terminated. I was beyond mad. Ms. Scott nor anyone from her office contacted me. I occurred an insurance violation because of her lack of communication. I wouldn't recommend her services to anyone.

This agency is the worst. They are incompetent and will lie to cover their mistakes! Poor customer service as well very rude and disrespectful. Avoid them at all cost. I suggest that they be shut down!

You are not in good hands with Allstate. It’s just a good commercial. I had 2 auto claims that were mishandled badly. On one case, they found us at fault when someone hit us. How is that possible? The second one they refused to use my chosen mechanic and then refused to cover the claim after dragging out the analysis for weeks. Not a good experience at all. Feels like pulling teeth to get service. Also once I switched to a new insurance company, they still charged me. There’s no accountability with the office. Customer is never right. Not a good customer service experience.

Scott Insurance Services has been a God-sent. Ms. Theresa Scott explained the auto coverages in great detail, which in the past I never received from other providers. I have been with Scott Insurance Services for over four years and have had excellent customer service from Ms. Scott and each member of her staff, either over the phone or stopping into the office. Ms. Scott also explained the need for addition services like life insurance which before I thought I did not need, or could not afford. Now I have life, auto, and renter’s insurances so I am completely covered. Thank you, Ms. Scott and your staff for taking care of all my insurance needs.
