Since I first set foot in The Store almost 30 years ago, I have loved everything about it. The clothing is unique often hand made but certainly edgy. I still have everything I bought there and am complimented everytime I wear it. I filled my house with hand hewn cutting boards and beautiful glassware. If I need a unique gift, The Store never disappoints. Saving the best for last, where else will I find Betty Cooke and her recognizable anywhere jewelry. I continue to wear it all from my first silver line and circle choker to my gold long necklace which Betty always wore with her regular black tops to my gold and black sea pearls necklace and matching earrings. Not only is Betty still in the shop but so are Chris and Vivian who helped me find what I wanted way back when. And many others whose names I wish I could remember. Elaine Rifkin

I highly recommend St Kilda Store. Both ladys are amazing, I had the best customer service I've had in a while. I messaged quite late one night with inquiry and I instantly got a response and the help I needed, the delivery truck was late to arrive but they went above and beyond to keep me updated the whole process. I love how they stock beautiful & Local products, There product knowledge is amazing and I enjoyed hearing the stories behind the products. This store is truly is a hidden treasure. I would also like to say thankyou for the tomatoes they were delicious and perfect on the pizza, I will be back to get another Woodfire pizza kit!!

A wonderful store to buy one of a kind house warming gifts, birthday party gifts, weddings gifts, Christmas gifts. They also has a wonderful staff that will help you find the right gift that occasion store is always spotless. A lot of gifts are a little pricey but they worth every penny.

I wanted to share a recent experience I had at The Store, Ltd. In June, I placed an order for a bracelet. The bracelet did not get delivered, until early September, and when I arrived to pick it up, the design was not what we agreed upon and had to be returned. Second, the cost was not what I was originally told at the time of the order. Given the delay and discrepancy, my husband and I inquired if The Store would consider negotiating the cost of the bracelet to address the service experience. The salesperson became very defensive and arrogant, and eventually said there would be no problem selling this bracelet, if we did not want it.I have been a loyal customer for the past 20 yrs, and this is the first time, I have experienced anything like this at The Store. And while it might be an isolated incident, I left this experience, feeling shaken, devalued and heartbroken.
