I bought the most comfortable mattress I’ve ever had here and I love it! They helped me put it in my car and I was set. I bought it years ago and it’s still good.

Stay far away from this place.That Chinese lady who works there must’ve really thought I had CASH COW WRITTEN ON MY FOREHEAD!!!! I told her I was looking for a living room set she kept saying I had to buy sofa and love seat separate.Then tried to charge me 1,300 for a king bed room set then buy wanted to try and charge me for the box spring and mattress separately.So I told her let’s work out a deal and she flew off the handle yelling!!!Walked out and won’t be back!!!!Shady business 2/25/24 I went somewhere else and got king bedroom set with box spring and mattress along with a nice living room set for 2,000 flat and they gave me free delivery!!!

Stay away from this place. I went there ordered a couch. A guy named James help me. Told him I have a 30 inch door and told him what couch I wanted and he said yes it will fit no problem. I asked about delivery he said it is $100 dollars paid separately from the order I said ok thought it was funny that it wasn’t included but I was like ok. James said delivery fee is due when the furniture is delivered and I was like ok. Someone came to deliver my furniture and they asked for the delivery fee I said I would give it to them after they bring it in and set up the furniture. The couch did not fit through door so when I said to take it back cause James said it would fit the delivery guy said he needs to be paid for delivery and I said the couch didn’t fit I’m not paying for delivery when it don’t fit and I was told it would. The guy called James at the furniture store and said I wouldn’t pay for delivery and James didn’t know he was on speaker and he told the guy that’s why I told you to get the delivery fee upfront. James new it wasn’t going to fit and was trying to cheat me out of $100 dollars. When I went back to the store he told me I couldn’t read i tape measure and it was my fault it didn’t fit. That’s when I said give me my refund and I will never shop there again. If you do go there stay away from James he is a piece of work to say it nicely.

UPDATED REVIEW 09/14/2021. I still don't have my furniture that I ordered on July 4th., 2021. I am now being told that it won't arrive until Nov. 15th, which is unacceptable. The manager Wei is not in the store and Sheila is not very knowledgeable. I will update the review again as necessary . FIRST REVIEW:I like the place, pretty good prices and some name brand products, couch in photo is Signature by Ashley's. All products are not well made though. The sales team is attentive without being intrusive, good prices and parking.

Great prices but I promise the hassle is not worth it. I placed my order ahead of time so that my bed would be delivered by move in or soon after. I placed my order on May 2nd with the assumption it would take 4-5 weeks. After 5 weeks I still heard nothing so I called them. Another issue I had was the fact that I had to call over and over to even get an answer. Then they told me it would be another week, a week went by no call so I called again. I went through this every week. I would’ve been a little more comfortable if someone would have at least called me to give me an update but every single time I had to call at least 5 times before getting an answer and the women who typically answers (said her name was Shiela) is extremely rude and lacks customer service skills. After my bed was finally delivered to the store they called to tell me the wrong color was sent. I waited 2 months for a bedroom set that never came. Highly disappointed will never shop here again

This place is shady and unethical. You do not let someone order furniture with the assumption that they will recieve it in a decent time frame. It's been MONTHS since the couch was ordered. They refuse a refund and only want to give store credit. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Ordered a Twin size bedroom set in July, they stated it will arrive by the 1st week of August. I called and called..finally talked to the lady she placed me on hold then said she will call me back. Two days went by and nothing. I called back the guy said the bed here but the dresser and mirror not, now this is Sept 2nd. I calls again on Sept 15th the guy put me on hold to check came back to the phone to say can he call me back. He called back and stated everything is their except the poles for the bed. How is that when y'all already stated I was just waiting on the dresser and mirror. At this point I'm going to get my money back.. Today is Sept 29th and still not their.
