Bless them for upholding the written word for preservation. There could be more directional signage from the main road, it's down a long driveway, round the bend and then keep on driving.

I ordered a book from The Maryland Book Bank and experienced a problem with the order. The response to my email was immediate, and the problem was resolved above and beyond my expectations. I get the impression that this is a very ethical organization that is committed to complete customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend The Maryland Book Bank.

Just dropped books off at the covered porch. Wasn't chaotic, but my ocd wanted to sort it. In all fairness, it was during the holiday season

The book arrived quickly but, unfortunately, in a Uline bag. The owners of Uline are the Uihlein's and are not my kind of people. Do your own research.

It's amazing how awesome and dedicated the team here are! As an avid reader, there's no limit where you can go when you open a book! To have a direct source here in Maryland that provides free books is priceless! Conveniently located in The Woodberry area. Although COVID has put a damper on being able to visit or even volunteer, donations are still being accepted and time slots to volunteer are being made. If you are an instructor or a parent this should be a place you know about!

Fantastic connection for teachers looking for freebies to beef up their classroom. Staff are great. Haven't figured out the front entrance though. It's like a waiting room for a different company. I feel like I should ask permission to go into the warehouse in the back.

The Maryland Book Bank is such an amazing resource, one that my daughter and I recently discovered! My GPS had a difficult time figuring out how to get to the warehouse. Take the road that puts you as close as you can get to the interstate. It is a dim space among a huge warehouse that houses several other non-profits, so you might want to consider bringing donations when you come. The books are all free! There are only kids books, donated from the community, in pretty good used condition. Bring a bag or box. Each person is allowed 25 books, unless they purchase a yearly membership for $45. The hours are Wed 3-5 pm, and Sat 9-11 am. Amazing!!!

We were pleased to be able to donate books that could find a second life educating children. Very easy drop off in a covered loading area boldly marked 1794 -- the address. A worker came out and offered us a donation receipt, which was welcome.

Great place to drop off books and you don't even need an appointment
