The only downside is that you would have to pay for parking just like all the places downtown, but the building is amazing and always upgrading and adding new things.

When looking for places, I did not just look to see if the place is nice but to also see how the staff treats their residents and potential future residents. Michael stood out to me the most as he was so helpful as well as having bubbly energy which helped calmed down our nerves. It did not take long for him to approve us which I appreciated because a lot of other places usually take weeks. I would definitely look into this complex!

Michael is the best! He is very easy to talk to and got me approved right away which I really appreciate because I travelled far out of state. The unit is really nice as well as the atmosphere of the entire building. It requires key entry which I also like because it shows that safety is their top priority. I looked at other places and by far this is the only one that I felt comfortable with and have a “home” vibe.

I love living here!!!! After the new management took over, the whole building vive changed. Now we have someone (or a lot) that cares about our satisfaction and about solving issues (they even host parties). Shout out to the people that lives/works here!!!

This place is truly a GEM. Michael has been EXTREMELY helpful during this entire process, I can not thank him enough. He was very patient, kind, considerate and he made this transition seamless as possible. The location, his superb customer service, the building aesthetic....10/10 Highly recommend!!!

Best apartment complex in Baltimore!! Management is great and the place is affordable. Love living here. Theresa is a great property manager and Andrew is a great owner, they’re the best.

I love living at the Harriett! I had to move under fast and unexpected services and the managers at the Harriett had me in for a showing in no time and I was instantly in love. Since then, Theresa and Rocky have been incredible as well as Andrew. How often does the owner of the building check in on you weekly?!

This is an amazing place to live in Downtown! Really close to the harbor, easy to get to, and the best part is the personnel!

The Harriet Apartments are a ? in the heart of downtown Baltimore. With digital entry at each entrance, and Concierge or Security attending the front desk throughout the day and night, you get the sense that this is almost an eccentric safe space in Baltimore city.I love the historical intricate details, and natural lighting filling the halls. The stone and marble work throughout the building to highlight its immersive city hall counterparts. The renovations throughout the building and units really gives the Harriet, a luxury loft allure. I really enjoy my lux conveniences throughout the building, the rooftop penthouse with outdoor deck is always a perk, perfect to impress guests with amaaazziinggg views of the city in every direction. The dog park on the other side of the roof, isolated for privacy. Management hosts events regularly which are always a good experience, often free with support of local vendors. The shops and business spaces are opening soon. Love to see the growth providing opportunities. The new ballroom can also be reserved for private hosting, which is immaculate, ultra high ceilings, beautiful decor..throughout the entire building, but that’s just the building.The staff are amazing!! The property manager Theresa has been the most accommodating professional, and such a joy to speak with. She gets it done! Her team will make sure to guide you with your best interest, ensuring the smoothest process. I really did appreciate the tour and personal touches with the welcome package?The Harriet has a good thing going on right in the heart of everything Baltimore charm- I am excited to see all of the continuous growth with The Harriet.

They have such high reviews because they'll report your review to google and get it unfairly removed/filtered even when your review is valid, you'll not know and will continue seeing your review as normal from your end even when it has been hidden from the public.
