Jaden has been very helpful from the beginning of the process. Maintenance is great, very responsive and helpful as well. The front desk concierge are kind and helpful too.

As a resident living at this apartment for more than three years, the new apartment property really brings me horrible nightmare. I’ve also encountered some discourteous behavior at the front desk that has left me concerned about the possibility of unfair treatment due to my ethnicity.On September 25, as my boyfriend and I were trying to address an issue regarding our returned packages, the front desk lady was not only unhelpful but also displayed a level of unprofessionalism that was frankly shocking. Rather than assisting us or trying to understand the situation, she attempted to shift the blame onto me. It seems unreasonable for the front desk to expect residents to notify them about every package that isn't in the returning box; there should be a system or communication protocol in place for this.More concerning was her attitude. We approached her looking for a solution, and instead of accommodating or cooperating, she chose to be confrontational. As residents, we do expect a certain standard of service and professionalism, especially when addressing concerns or issues we might have.Lastly, I like to address the fact that after the interactions we had with front desk she shamelessly tries to told other residents about it. This has been a recurring concern, and we believe it can be streamlined with better communication and a more effective system.

Update- Roaches New management poor service. Run Run Away. Listen to the people that live here it’s not the same. The managers bully complaining residents. They never had an intention to address noise they used the landlord letter to get me to leave I noticed that certain types of residents were offered a different apartment regarding noise that’s odd they offered me nothing and blamed me for everything. They told tales to force me to move out they sent a lawyer to get me to move out the financial lady is very disrespectful You can’t make people care about you they stated what noise they refuse to address it and don’t believe me yet those who complained about smoking they believed. The new management team is very rude she stated what’s there to print come down at night when it’s dangerous to report noise to lazy staff there’s no noise they have no concern that I have depression no compassion they want me out and we’re upset with the google review they are bullying me after the meeting I got a knock on my door and a strange phone call they ignored it Warning roaches unfriendly management Old reviews were when a different management ran the building. Warning Roaches. Poor unfriendly management. They don’t value people it’s all about management they will never address noise they have loud disturbing banging noises 24/7 and then tell tales about it being vacant which is not the case. All of the good reviews was when bozzuto owned the building but last March a new company brought the building; remember the new reviews have one stars so it’s clear the quality had changed it’s no longer luxury and there’s is poor management they do not care about residents here. I am adding back which had over 100 or more likes my deleted post I highly recommend to stay away ROACHES piles of garbage poor unfriendly staff and management the reviews speak for itself. Since new management has taken over it has been horrible they send intimidating emails from their lawyers when tenants complain and refuse to address issues they will bullying complaining tenants and there’s no weekend staff for help anymore they have had several false fire alarm and no response on why they occurred and a dangerous man entered a persons apartment that’s insane. poor maintenance old stairs that looks dirty and they allow strangers to enter building with no safe guards As far as I’m concern this picture says it allAfter reading the reviews, it looks like I'm not the only one who has had issues since WPM Management took over the Fitzgerald. The apartment will change for the worse, with unfriendly staff, and instead of management correcting issues, they ignore concerns and then try to evict you, since my lease is not up they are using other tactics.Their lawyer sent this, did they read this before sending this awful letter to a resident, who does this and its incorrect grammar as wellPlease read this correspondence in its entirety, as it is apparent that you have failed to read, or ignored, prior communications from Management which has led to my involvement in this matter. You must direct all further communication concerning your tenancy to the undersigned. identify the source of your noise complaints. Noise complaints require cooperation from the complaining residents. To put it simply, if you donot wish to cooperate and do not wish to leave, there is nothing that my client can do for you. I wish to reiterate the offer to identify and address the source of your noise complaints. I also wish toreiterate the offer to terminate your Lease without penalty. Please let me know which option you wish to choose.If you do not wish to accept either offer, please note that Section 33 of your Lease states that you will not interfere with the rights, comforts, or convenience of Management. Your continued refusal to cooperate, inflammatory communications, and baseless accusations of racism and discrimination are all unacceptable violations of your Lease and will not be tolerated.Again, please direct any further communication to the undersigned.Very truly yours,

it's important to note the good reviews reflect the old management owners however it's been nightmare new management took over last year what's worst is threatening residents with eviction for not addressing noise concern their lawyer whom I have no idea why was given my private information sent the following emailcommunications from Management which has lead to my involvement in this matter. I moved here in April and I can say this was the most stress free move ever. The staff was and has been patient effective and understanding. They have always assisted when I needed. Maintenance has been very attentive and punctual…. I love it here…..The PM and staff have made this the easiest and most comfortable place to live

Horrible customer service once they got their non-refundable deposit. There was a small disagreement that I thought could have been solved by speaking to the property manager. However, now I know they were just making things up. THEY DIDN'T SEND MY LEASE FOR 2 WEEKS JUST TO CHARGE ME MORE. Which is so unfair and when I asked about the price increase they insisted I was confused, there was nothing that could be done, and offered to let me move in 2 days earlier which they previously said impossible. The manager didn't even have the decency to call me and clarify things. Had to give up on them, but better to see their real customer service before I decided to move in.UPDATE: As you can see from the reply MANAGEMENT STILL CAN NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY AND CONTINUES TO BE UNPROFESSIONAL. When I received my application approval I called back to see if I could move in 2 days earlier than stated. They said I could but it would increase the rent $100 for the duration of the lease. I was not willing to do that so I told them to keep the same move in date. After that I did not receive my lease until April 12th, and the price on the lease was the $100 increase but I was still not able to move in early. I called and tried to get in touch with the person I talked to on the phone, because it was an easy misunderstanding to fix. I CALLED FOR OVER A WEEK AND ONLY RECEIVED 1 CALL BACK FROM THEM STILL NEVER TALKED TO THE ORIGINAL PERSON. To get me to shut up and stop bothering them they magically agreed to let me move in 2 days earlier. Now that I rate your business one star you can reply. I am thankful I saw how poor management communicates now instead of after I signed my lease and had to move in. Saved myself a ton of trouble.

My partner and I toured The Fitzgerald recently and had the best experience! We are moving to Baltimore in July and The Fitz is our #1 choice. The staff was so warm and welcoming, the amenities were clean and new, and the rooms were so spacious! Can't wait to call this our new home!
