Called this afternoon to find out about pricing, as the website is unsecured and is not linked correctly. I was told each event is charged differently which is weird because I should only be paying for the space depending on which size I chose and the timeframe. I’ve never heard of a space charging depending on the event. Seems a little money hungry and gives broke vibes. When I tried to clarify the reason it mattered, I was given bs excuses which DID not apply to me or my event. During the discussion I eventually moved forward to tell the date and receive a price, the woman on the phone hung up and proceeded not to answer my call back, but unlike her I am not broke. I called from my other number just to let her know I will be contacting the manager. After reading the reviews, like the actual ones not ones recruited by family members, this is not a place I would want to book anyway.I can definitely attest to unprofessionalism displayed at this company. I actually feel bad because I love supporting black owned businesses as a black woman I expect much more, but what can I say we only behave how we are taught. Smh. Definitely giving my money to the white man now.

Never book as this place it is horrible place employee unprofessional and smelled like weed and was gone out the facility for over 30 minutes and did not want to serve me because he was doing whatever and not in the bounce place he was aggressive towards me and would not call supervisor and tried to call security on me and my fiancé because he was in the wrong this place is a no go to have anything for no kid

Tracy is a pleasure to work with. She’s patient, kind, and helpful in any way that she can be. Her venue is spacious, clean, and beautiful. I will certainly be working with her again!

Tracey is a lier. Do not book at the event center. The contract is misleading. She adds fees and prices to your invoice that is not on the contract. All Black own business are not good businesses . This is one I will never due business with them and I suggest you don't either. I give it zero stars.

Had my wedding there almost two years ago and it was the best experience I had...she was so nice and helped with vendors for chairs and decorated my bridal party table beautifully...i recommend this hall for any event..???

My party and I just had a bridal shower there! Our guests were impressed on how beautiful the place was. It was definitely worth the price. The place was clean, elegant and equipped with great lighting, chairs and tables. Shout out and thanks to Tracey for making it easy to arrange and work with us. We will definitely return and book more events at the event center.
