Me and my girlfriend have been living here for about a year now and i’m here to tell you that it is one of the worst places to live. Management is terrible, they will do nothing but give you empty promises and the security is even worst ! We went through the whole winter with no heat and didn’t have heat until spring ! Our bathroom flooded because of a terrible toilet, and we have been trying to get someone replace our carpet for over 48 hours, All they have done for us is lie and have terrible attitudes. If you think this is the place for you please reconsider and save yourself the stress of moving into the centerpoint

I see that they are using people’s name to give a good rating..I moved here in 2018 and moved out 2020..THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS A Joke …Living here was the Worst experience. It started out nice for one year, but then after that, it was terrible. They allow Section 8.. They allow dogs to go use the bathroom anywhere,on the elevator,as you’re leaving out the door. It was Dog feces everywhere around that building and in that building.. The staff is very rude. They do not care about you once you sign that lease..The only person that was nice and tried to help you with your concerns was the Concierge Mia.. To anyone looking for an apartment Don’t look here. It is not worth your money and the stress.

Be aware they are renting apartments without a rental license!! Keep changing property managers and they do not care about people wellbeing. BE AWARE

This place is great... if you don't need heat or A/C. Don't need an elevator? Are you okay with stuff being stolen from your storage unit? This place is for you! Do you like randoms squatting in other units and sleeping in front of your door? Splendid! But if you're like most of us and you want comfort, security and a functioning elevator... Don't live here. You'll be upset. The end. Can't wait to move out.

Its winter and the heat does not work. I have conversations with numerous people in the elevators and they all complain of feeling disrespected and that Tarantino Mgmt and their new hires simply don't care about us. They put up signs stating that building security will perform ID checks. They are more worried about paving the way for a new preferred group of residents who will pay more in rent than accommodating those that already live here. Do not rent here. You will be thrown to the wayside once you are not this leasing company's preferred demographic. You are not their priority. They are a business and we are the capital.

Here we go again, they weren't responsive when I lived there and they aren't responsive now that I moved out. Does anyone know how or who to reach out to about my refund? Yes, I know this is typical behavior from this complex to ignore when it's time for a refund, but they nor the property management that owns them have responded. What would be the next course of action if anyone has dealt with them in this regard. Thanks.

The worst apartment I've ever lived in. The attitude of the building management staff is rude. They don't try to solve the problems but just argue with residents. There is no hot water. The delivery locker is out of order. No heat in winter. Very bad experience!

I have called every number to get in contact with someone for a tour including the number on the building and call box no one answers and one number just disconnects. I’m not even going to waste my time clearly they deserve the negative reviews. Literally sitting in front of the building while I write this review waiting for a answer

I had the pleasure of living in this apartment building for a year, and I absolutely loved it! The location was fantastic, and I always felt safe. Whenever I encountered issues, they were promptly resolved by the responsive maintenance team. The staff were incredibly friendly and personable, making the experience even more enjoyable. I especially cherished my apartment's balcony and the wonderful view it offered. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend this place to anyone seeking an affordable and comfortable living environment.

I miss the fun community events we had. A couple of maintenance people came by to inspect some issues in my apartment and stole some items from me and went through my belongings looking for more valuables. Unbelievable. This apt used to be a nice place to live, but it's really gone downhill.

I would not recommend living here. Management is incredibly poor, lacking in professionalism, and incredibly rude. While a few of the workers are helpful, interacting with management is, overall, a nightmare and you will very likely need to interact with them often. I could not be happier to be rid of this place. The water is consistently shut off. I have received very important notices pushed under my door meant for other tenants; management was unconcerned by this. The package delivery system routinely malfunctions ; I have had packages that were delivered and I simply could not get them because the entire system was malfunctioning. When I finally left, this place was still an issue. They REFUSED to return my security deposit for 3 months until I threatened legal action. Stay away from this place if you can.

Love the location if you work at the hospital or go to school but the environment around the building, especially at the entrances of the different apartments is real sketchy. People hang out at the doorway either begging or trying to sneak in. One door is always broken so people can just walk in without a Key fob. All the cool businesses have closed up, Starbucks, Bank of America, CVS pharmacy. The only store around is the 7-11 and that place is a dump. There security there “was” awesome, there was a security supervisor on site along with guards now is one person who you can’t tell if he’s real security or going to rob you.

After reading on their website that the leasing office is open on Saturdays and Sundays, I made an appointment on Saturday 7/22 for a 3:00 pm in person tour on Monday 7/24, thinking they would accept the appointment. I was waiting on a confirmation email/text for my appointment and attempted to call them on Sunday with no answer. Monday at 2:50 pm I received an email from them indicating that my 3:00 pm tour appointment on that same day was declined with no reason. I am gathering that the reviews that the property management team are not present as they should be are 100% accurate. Prior to reading the reviews, I tried to make another appointment today and I am glad that I am having difficulties in doing so as after reading the reviews I won't bother to try again.

Literally the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. A/C was broken for over 2 months. Elevator breaks every few months, and all the appliances are all outdated. I saw a dead mouse in the hallway, and I've been getting my packages stolen for over TWO YEARS! I had a package stolen today, and I asked management to run the cameras back to see who did it, and I was told they were not responsible for missing packages.... THEY WOULDN'T EVEN RUN THE CAMERAS BACK FOR ME TO SEE. I don't care how affordable this place is, it's NOT worth it. Especially since the money you would save living here is spent replacing missing packages....

This was one of the worst experiences of my life. I prefer you to not move here. They make it look good on the outside but the inside is horrendous. Terrible place to rent from. Trust me save yourself the headache. My fiancé was chased in their parking garage and nobody cared to do anything. They lackEmpathy. Very unsafe environment to live in.
