Everyone in the leasing office is so nice that they help us a lot! I’m glad to meet Tedsa, Justin, Keycia . Their service is always prompt and thorough. Especially Justin helps me and my roommate on Aug 22, the first day we came carlyle and inquired about the availability. We made friends with Tedsa, who is really kind and helpful! Keycia also have took her time to lead me to get some tissue in social lounge. We had a really joyful time with them!! Highly recommended Carlyle Apartment!!!!

Generally, the room is spacious and fantastic, with high-end electric facilities and bath. The community lounge and the pool are also highlights. However, there are still minor issues like dust in ventilation system, the water-consuming toilet and lack of lights in the room. After these are fixed, the apartment will be perfect.

The Carlyle leasing staff helped us picking the right unit for us. They have an array of units that can satisfy people's needs and budgets. Upon arrival, they make you file a "move in checklist" to make sure your apartment is in perfect condition and, if something is wrong, they will fix it in no-time. The maintenance staff is kind and efficient and, as it is true for the leasing staff, they are always down for a chat and a few laughs. I am glad I have the opportunity of living in such a welcoming community. As an international student it is particularly hard to find a place to live in the United States, at the Carlyle this reality is not true and you will feel welcomed no matter where you come from. I will never praise this enough.
Moving to the building, my apartment has the cutest view ever, looking over some trees and a lovely wooden bridge. You also get access to many features like a pool table, a gym, many rooms to study, and, undoubtedly my favorite, a rooftop pool.
I am looking forward to explore more of the Carlyle community, I am very glad of having a place to call home also in Baltimore.

Great apartment, great location, and all amenities. The community is ideal for students or faculty and right nearby campus. The moving in process was made easy by the great staff members and maintenance is always fast with professional and kind people. I especially recommend this community, because of the great people who work at the leasing office and go above and beyond to make us feel home and give the community a beautiful spirit, organizing regular events and getting to know the residents. Tedsa was fabulous and eased all the moving process with her kindness and professionalism, she is always available for any concern and always has a kind attention for everyone, thank her so much. It really ads up greatly to the safe environment, particularly for female residents, and the community is also very family friendly ! Living at the Carlyle is a great experience !

In March 2022 I found unrecognizable debt collection information reported by National Credit Audit Corporation in my credit report from TransUnion, which I absolutely had NO knowledge about or involvement in. After numerous calls to National Credit Audit Corporation and TransUnion, I learned that this debt was about a renting issue between a few students (NOT me) and the Carlyle Apartment Homes, a rental apartment complex where I briefly lived in September and October 2012. National Credit Audit Corporation told me that Accruint / LexisNexis provided my information including SSN to them. I don’t know how Accruint / LexisNexis got my sensitive personal information, and I contacted the Carlyle Apartment Homes many times, but they refused to help. So when you apply to the Carlyle Apartment Homes for rental, it would be a good idea to emphasize IN WRITING that your personal information will not be accessed by any other company. I have reported this illegal/criminal violation of consumer rights to CFPB and our state Attorney General’s office.

It’s a great apartment I have never lived before! Stuffs are pretty good! Room is very clean and big. Elevator is very fast! Roof will give you a surprise when you walk into there!

definitely not an ideal apartment to live. Elevators break down often and are rarely repaired. A lot of units get mice and pests problem. Bad smell in the corridor all the time. NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I want to give Tedsa a perfect score of 100. She was exceptionally kind, patient, and helpful! On my first day of moving in, I encountered difficulties with scheduling my Wi-Fi setup. Tedsa stayed with me and provided invaluable assistance in resolving the issue with the Xfinity Wi-Fi team. I am sincerely grateful for her dedicated support and truly appreciate all the help she extended to me! Thank you so much, Tedsa!!

The officers in the leasing office should respect a customer. She closed the door right in my face which is an absurdity. I have placed more than three work orders or applications and visited their office more than three times with no response. I'm upset.
