someone opened a account in my name using all my information, and made a mobile deposit into the account with a TD Bank check,,,i did catch it because the new account info came to my email address so i had the account closed , so now i have a lot of questions that i cant get answers to , i would not recommend this bank ,,i still need to know what type of verification was used to open this account .....

Do not bank with TD. This branch in particular made a massive screw up that greatly effected me and my wife’s life negatively. They needed our new legal status updated to keep our account open, we came to this branch shared all of the greencard information. They told us everything was great, that the system was updated with the new information and we were good to go. Fast forward 3 weeks later, we are traveling over seas, our bank cards stop working, our online banking stops logging in. I give the bank a call and they have demarcated our accounts. The money I need for my travels is stuck in a check mailed to my house I can go. Utter incompetence with real world ramifications. I hope this TD fails and is shut down permanently just like TD Ameritrade was a big fat failure. If they delete my account history before I can return to the states and get a copy I will pursue legal action against them. What a pathetic joke of a company.

When cashing a Td bank check. The branch charges $10 if you don’t have an account. But have no way of printing a receipt for the $10 charge. Sounds fishy to me because if I’m being charge a fee. I should be able to have a receipt showing the charge

I’ve been going to this branch since it opened, however ever since Covid the staff has changed and the customer service has drastically declined. It’s truly unfortunate because I have had an account with this bank since 2006 and I overall love it but someone needs to overhaul this branch.

Opened new accounts just moved from PA to MD needed a local walking distance branch and TD seemed convenient for us they greeted us at the door and we got to sit with an associate almost immediately they made things easy for us and in a timely manner Thank you TD at Canton !

I went into this branch waited 20 minutes until I was seen , for them to tell me that they couldn’t assist me because I didn’t have a account with them also lady was very rude I placed my bank card in her hand then she turns around and sit my card on counter

BETHSAIDA SIGARAN is an absolute DISGRACE! I came here to obtain banking services at a location more convenient for me and this silly female unilaterally decided not to service me, with zero explanation and zero reason.I am in the process of contacting TD's Corporate office. I will certainly be following up with the manager Kelvin, as well as the CFPB. This is absolutely unacceptable. Please either terminate Bethsaida, or at the very least train her on appropriate customer service.Depending on the outcome of my interactions with their head office, I will determine whether or not to continue ahead with fully transitioning all of my banking here.

I experienced identity theft of 100s of dollars. So the money is not available to me.I reported it promptly and for days TD apparently says they "can't" credit the money/take action that will help me because it's "pending."This feels like a PREVENTABLE DELAY, while I NEED MY MONEY. If TD has a process that impedes or delays action, why not improve the process.I called the Branch. Spoke to "Dana." No help, just excuses. Put on hold for a long time.

Hello ladies and gentlemen although I have not been to this particular TD Branch I'm informing you guys do not sign up for that $200 to $300 sign on bonus they will tell you that you need to have $500 deposit into your account within 60 days of it opening but would they neglect to tell you is that you have to wait 180 days before they will give you the little 200 to $300 this bank has the most inconvenient policies for consumers it's ridiculous
