I would stay away from this location , I have been a t mobile customer for about 7 years and never had a bad experience till I came here. They lied to me about a deal that was going on , once I noticed it I went in to find out what was going on and the manager said " he put in a ticket" I walked out relived knowing my money wasn't going to be wasted . That was a lie the stupid watch is still in my account . How do I reach out to corporate and get my money back ? This saddens me because I work hard for my money and I genuinely did love t mobile , but after I pay this phone I don't think I can continue with y'all.

I REALLY needed a new phone, came here for help & Dani was the best!! She walked me through & explained the various plans, deals for the devices available. Dani made my experience cool & comfortable, I left with a new phone that I love!! I'd highly recommend going to her for any services.

Monica and her team are so great. They are very helpful and worked hard to provide options within my budget and requirements; even when they're busy and servicing multiple customers. It also really helps to be in the store and see and use the phones as opposed to buying something online. I highly recommend this T-Mobile location.

I been with T-Mobile since about 2012, I came here to return my home internet system and it was 2 young ladies on the floor , and another gentlemen in the back the women on the floor had 2 customers a piece I made and I have been in here for 35 mins with no help yes they where polite, but all this money for cell phone service and they only have 2 employees on the floor this just shows the lack of customer service T-Mobile have , it’s no way I should have been in here this long they need to hire more staff so the wait time is not this long it’s been about 45 mins ,and it gave me time enough to write this long review , please hire more staff typically for the time when people are getting of of work this is ridiculous poor customer service ,this store gets a one star because a zero star was not available and I am done with the review and still here going on a hr the times is 4:58 pm the days date is 6/8/23??

Very helpful. They sent back a phone that had been sent to me from the factory that didn't work. They called them to trouble shoot the problem and packed up everything ready to mail.

I would personally like to thank Justin and the asst mgr Mo for providing me with such admirable customer service. This review started as 1 star but because of the exemplary service I received today, it was upgraded to a 4. The only thing that kept it from being a 5 was the lack of customer service that I received the night before from the same location. Don't go there after 6pm.

These people are so buckwild that they mouth off to their own corporate customer service agents. I had the assistant manager give me attitude over a return and the customer service agent I called basically told me I'd just have an easier time going to another store. Avoid like the clap.

Terrible experience at this location! Went there to switch carriers... I explained I wanted to stay with a prepaid plan several times(which I understood they offered) and that I was looking for a basic prepaid plan... the young lady ran my credit and put me on a $90 a month plan without my knowledge or consent. I go back to get it straight after seeing a text of a bill due in January. after about an hour and a half second trip there I somehow get switched to an internet only plan, no phone... I can't make or receive calls only texts. I find this out because after waiting and waiting I go to another location to see what's wrong. Shout out to Ms Brooke Richert'Hill (York rd) who got me straight. Oh, and the location on Frankford too! No good... The rep told me they only do monthly service plans and told me that I needed to go to a main location... An employee at another location told me that was a flat out lie.
