This store has to be by far the worse I’ve been to. Ridiculous how much time I wasted for them to do nothing. 7 employees - zero customers and the service still bad…. UnrealDo not go here. Wanted to pay $99 for my upgrade, charged my card double and told me the system was down and left without phone, and down $400 bucks. TRASH

It is very very REGRETTABLE TO HAVE TO MAKE THIS COMMENT WITH A RATING OF 0 ZERO, because the ranking does not allow it, but after what happened today at the Boston St. branch at 10 in the morning, I WILL NOT BE A CUSTOMER OF THE COMPANY AGAIN FOR NOT KNOWING HOW TO TRAIN HER WORKERS, STAFF OR EMPLOYEES, EVEN CALL 911 to FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE MANAGER (She did not want to give her last name) Gabby, and THE OTHER ASSOCIATE OF THE LOCAL WHO ARRIVED THEN, every time I have visited that store she Cherry created I don't remember, but she has acrylic nails so long that the company's clothing policy ACCEPTS IT, she can't even write and barely uses the keyboard, but she DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO GREET AND SHE'S RUDE AND BOLD, she doesn't know or understand WELL HER OWN LANGUAGE “SPANISH” or “CASTELLANO”, and the first one who was there with a client before me entered AND DID NOT GREET WHEN SEEING ME ENTER, she just said GOOD!!!! AND HE COMPLETELY IGNORED ME, even though even his CLIENT GREETED ME. Subsequently, because she was a WOMAN WITH PERMANENT BRAIN DAMAGE, OFFICER COULIBALY #J875 had to call an ambulance. This is an UNACCEPTABLE AND UNCONSCIOUS act FOR A CUSTOMER LIKE ME OR MANY OTHERS, BUT I HAVE DECIDED TO CANCEL WITH THIS TMOBILE COMPANY AFTER HAVING THE SERVICES WITH YOU SINCE 2021, BUSINESS, PERSONAL AND HOME ACCOUNT. I completely DISAGREE WITH THOSE 3 workers in that store today JANUARY 27, 2024.

Absolute awful costumer service. Did not care to sell me a phone. Stay far away from this place. Been a Customer for 10+ years of team mobile and looking to switch because of this store.

I went in tonight to ask questions about my accessories and looking to upgrade my iphone and apple watch but walked out disappointed and empty handed. The representative was not able to guide me or answer my questions - her replies were curt. It felt like I was bothering her so I left without making a successful purchase. As a long time customer, I have higher expectations and this experience makes me consider switching providers.

Terrible service. bought a new iPhone 14. Employee didn’t port my old number. Didn’t provide veteran discount . Had to go back a couple times to make sure they did the job. Despite telling the sales rep I was traveling overseas and needed eSIM in other country, they told me I could. But the phone is locked. They told me a one year contract. But it’s two years. Complete nonsense. The manager did nothing and hung phone up on me when I complained. Terrible store manager lying employees. Bad business.

If you have questions, want support or need anything besides a purchase you have already negotiated and are ready to grab, I would pass by this store. Phones aren’t labeled w features to compare. And if you ask, barely get any clarity. Try to ask about deals they explain their hands are tied Bc it’s not an actual TMobile store.

Don’t go to this store. The employees working there are extremely rude and offensive. I felt like I was begging them to buy their service. And they provided false information about their plans. Since when do you need a Social Security number provided to the store representative to even get simple info about plans.

Within 30 seconds of trying to explain my visit I was shushed, interrupted and then told that they are not able to help with anything related to my account , they can only register new phones. I then spoke to a different team member who immediately knew what to do and told the other team member (Tiffany) how to help me. She rolled her eyes and then walked away without communicating w me and began calling T mobile to help me. During the 30 -40 min that she was on the phone with T mobile support she was on tic tok the entire time, wasn’t listening and refused to put the support line on speaker phone so I could hear. She kept mis interpreting my situation so the support line was extremely confused. When I was explaining my frustration with the support line to the support person on the phone I was met with eye rolls and an attempt to get me to stop talking. The T mobile support member actually ended up calling me after to apologize that’s how bad this was. Multiple team members saw how I was being treated and did nothing. I asked for someone else to help me and I was ignored. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with customer service and I will absolutely never do business w T-Mobile again.
