Nicole, just helped me out tremendously with my bank card/account that was hacked overnight! She was very kind, patient and gave me a few good tips on how to keep my account more secure. That has to be one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had with a bank or just anywhere in general.

David is amazing. TRUIST isn’t helping him. This place is severely understaffed and STRUGGLES to serve this community. First time since I opened my account in GA at suntrust many years ago that I have considered leaving this bank. Frustrating is an understatement.
