This location was brilliant! Universal Banker, Terrence Ellis was a great help today. Along side him Kenae Johnson they both tried to help me choose the best options with choosing a type of account. Branch leader, Don Black also assisted with resolving an issue that I had with my account with successfully giving me a refund that was out of my control. I am very please how these Bankers handle my situation even though I was a bit frustrated. Thank you Truist on 120 E. Baltimore St!

Worst experience yet, and I've bought and sold several times. The bank manager misled me on the rates. The people talking to me were nice, but the underwriting department was terrible and nitpicking at whether the name on the title included "Sr." or not, as if my Social Security number has nothing to do with it. My solar panels were considered a loan, they said, even though it's just my power payment. I have been with them for nearly 30 years. BB&T, now Truist, has gone downhill. If they do not want to lend money, just say so instead of putting people through the wringer.

the absolute worst customer service. Every single time I call, I am greeted by an almost incomprehensible dialect. Its either far eastern European, Soviet or Ukranian, no matter, I have yet to come across a customer service agent that isn't ESL. I was with SunTrust for years, then after the switch, I haven't been able to get communications, help or any "service" whatsoever. Depositing checks takes 7 business days plus to post, small problems take monumental amounts of effort to overcome with them, its just not worth it. Do yourself a favor and get your money to a more deserving bank, Trusit is just not good business.

I have been had a bank account for some months now with Truist and have found out the very hard way they will place extended holds on mobile deposits even if it is a company check i received a reimbursement check form my job deposited it via my phone when i received it at work and that's when the issue came mind you this was Monday morning i get an alert saying the check wilal be held until the following week and not Monday but the midle of the following week , i had deposited a check here before the same way mobile deposit and this was also held but i assumed because it was a personal check and not a business check now i understand there is a hold period i have three other banks and not a single one holds any of my checks for this long i even went to a branch and spoke to someone there and again nothing they were willing to do i would not have minded a normal few days hold but this is ridiculous and because of this i will have additional fees i have to pay for bills i can not pay because i can not access my money, i will never deposit anything into this account again , i will say to everyone to beware

second time I had a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with a teller. he was rude and condescending. I've been at this bank well Suntrust for 20 or more years. i deposit cash and checks. I complained. the answer is he's the head of the tellers.WTF I'm look for a new bank

Terrible customer service and even worse is their banking practice. I was an extremely happy BB&T customer for over 20 years. I am now a miserable unsatisfied frustrated and annoyed customer of Truist. I am sure the merger resulted in profits for the big boys but at client level this has got to be the worse ever for us, customers. I decided to save myself from the constant aggravation in dealing with truist and moved my funds to a new bank. I WANT MY BB&T BACK!!!!!!!!!

This is THE worst loan servicer. Can't pay directly from my bank. The Ap was difficult to set up. Ended up paying over the phone and the payment after 7 days got rejected. Just got the bill on the 7th (due on the first) so now it will be late cause the damn mail takes too long. I can't express enough how I hate this company.

Truist is absolutely the worst bank I've ever dealt with. There's a sixty minute wait to talk to a live person. The taped messages are awful and not helpful. I'm only a member of Truist because my bank, Suntrust, merged with it. I will definitely drop Truist this week. In the meantime, however, they have really inconvenienced me because I need to get into my account, but I can't since there's no one live to talk to. Customer service at its worst. Don't use Truist.

Ever since the merger of BB and T bank and Suntrust Bank, the resulting Truist Bank, has been on a mission to completely ruined my financial transactions. They have completely redone the on line banking programs of both BB and T bank and Suntrust Bank, made them totally confusing, not to mention the fact that it is a hideous purple color background. I have recently noticed that several major deposits no longer show up if you scroll back in time on your checking account. In order to see those deposits you need to go to the statement section and pull up a current PDF. I was previously with Suntrust and the checking section of the mobile banking had a current balance indicated after each deposit or withdrawal I don't know why Truist did away with that. Both my wife and I have recently received a new debit cards which we are supposed to put into effect on February 18. I can only imagine the horrors that will result from that. I am weighing the pros and cons of leaving this institution for another. I realize that finances this day and age are depending on the Internet and in order to change banking institutions there are many many steps that need to be taken in order to switch to a new Bank. I sincerely hope that other people are not having this miserable banking experience that has been placed in my life without invitation.

Worst banking experience ever! Locations are terrible. After more than a year STILL limited automated banking services. Have to go to a bank with a "Suntrust" teller to do my banking (with no parking). If I could give negative 1 star, I would.

We are a car dealership who had the worst experience with SunTrust bank, We had a mutual customer who sold us his vehicle that was financed by them.We called SunTrust bank and verified the payoff for the vehicle and took instructions how to pay it off in the customer behalf and have them releases the title to us ( the dealership) . We were asked to send a check with authorization letter that have interaction were and to who to release the title to.After 2 month we never received the title we tried to call SunTrust to check on the title why it never arrived and they cashed our check like 50 days ago, comes to find out that they cashed the check and send the title to the original customer.They admitted its there fault but didn't offer any help to correct their mistake we asked them as little to contact the customer and explain that they did a mistake and the title should have been sent to us. they refused!I would assume banks should hair people that pays attention to details epically that your dealing with money but seems like to go the cheap way and hair not qualified people to run there establishment .Will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
