Another great workout with Adam yesterday. He’s such a valuable resource in Baltimore. I leave the studio after every visit knowing that my time there was maximized due to his power-based methods. My power levels keep rising so I keep going back.

Been cycling with STM since January. It’s such a great way to train and build strength and cycling skills. Amazing group of people at the classes, such a cool community. Adam is such a solid coach and has helped me tremendously. I race in triathlons and the classes are suited to beginners and advancered cyclists.

I started with STM Cycling less than a year ago. The program is based on your abilities. They start by measuring your current power levels and create a workout that is based YOUR power level. All the indoor bikes have power meters and these are crucial to achieving performance gains on the bikes. Does it work, absolutely. The key to cycling success is a number called FTP which is how much power you can produce for a specified period of time. Mine increased by almost 100% in less than 1 year. I was pretty out of shape when I started and the instructors took the time to make sure I was comfortable and could get up to speed. My outdoor cycling performance has improved dramatically. If you are looking to get in shape, stay in shape or improve your cycling performance for competition, STM is the place to go.
