Olivia wore a red shirt, but I'm not sure. However, she made my wife and me feel very comfortable. We texted for four days and when we finally spoke, I was relieved. She handled the switch with ease and answered all of my wife's questions, assuring us that she would make all necessary calls and emails. I greatly appreciate all her help.
