Order ahead and order is never ready. Then 9 times out of 10 the order is wrong. Always out of items. There are located in a place where they get high volume of customers but the service just sucks

Staff is not friendly at all! (the manager especially) Very tacky place, the music is super loud but it was extra louder yesterday, and this girl I saw her approaching to the store manager to please turn down the volume and everyone could tell he was not having it, he was not assertive or courteous, zero customer service skills, and said "I can do a bit". She approached a second time cuz it was obvious everyone was annoyed by the music selection (I was happy someone told him to lower that horrendous scandalous down) she even suggested a soothing more relaxing music appropriate for a coffeeshop but he did whatever the hell he wanted, without listening to customers. No manners or friendliness, just his annoyed face. Someone from Starbucks should do something, I have come here a couple times and that music is loud and awful, completely different from other branches.
