The staff at Staples at East Point Mall were friendly and very helpful. The associate went out of his way to accommodate my request.
In fact it was everyone that I came in contact with in the store. They all went out of there way for me. The Morning Crew works well together.
I would recommend Staples to anyone who may be looking for any kind of stationary or office products.

The one PC is always out of order. The accessory table is ALWAYS empty. No folders, no staplers, no highlighters, not even a paper clip. If you ask for anything be prepared to be met with a nasty attitude. I’ve worked retail for years and know how much it sucks. Being rude and unhelpful to customers is not going to make your shift go by any quicker tho.

Came in to laminate my dog’s paw print because he just passed away. I didn’t even tell them that but the lady behind the counter seemed to have understood immediately and got it done super quick. Will definitely return for more services if need be!

Customer Service is friendly and professional. This store location does Amazon returns and you get a 15% coupon when you do your return; they also have an Amazon locker. This store is convenient to 695. Store hours are 9-8 weekdays.

I had an Express Return and chose Staples as the drop off location. Every employee we interacted with was so friendly and helpful, the drop off process was super easy and you get a 15% off coupon if you purchase something that day. We were out for errands and had a few things to purchase - a got a pair really nice JBL headphones as a gift along with a classic board game - and the 15% off sweetened the pot. I was really impressed by the employees and service was quick and efficient.

They throw their trash all over the ground it sits there for weeks at a time and they don't clean it up. Someone should really do something about that horrible.

Today I accompanied my mother to this staples location our first thrip there were 3 employees in the store a female.clerk on the cash checkout a heavy set male clerk at the customer service center our first time my mother needed his assistance because she is not knowledgeable in using such machines such as printers computers or fax machines so as we entered the store we asked the customer care person to please assist to insure we were doing it properly the absolute unengadement and lack of concern accompanied with the body language that was shown that he would have rather been doing anything else then to assist a customer despite all the visible bright signs in the store to please don't hesitate to ask we can help on both trips to the store the message across the board by the lack of customer care that was displayed by the said employees was a disgrace to the logo that the store represents the fact that it took two trips to the store and to leave with the a same bad taste in our mouths the way these said employees react to customers like me was far different from other customers that were different coming into the store after us # do better # respect for all #behaviors that have been talarated for way too long #entitlement moving forward I do hope this location demonstrates a better.job of attending to all customers equality!
