Waited in line for 20 minutes or more to have one photo printed from my phone and I was informed that they couldn't do the print. Two customers in front of me left the line. Bad service. I hate giving bad advice but try another establishment. I have been to several Staples and never had this issue.

2 young beautiful girls helped me. They were very nice and patient, but they had me waiting without any info regarding the picture I had requested. Seems like further training is needed to know how to communicate with customers & on greeting. They didn’t even greet or said much when i asked for my photo.

Called at 5:45 to ask to come in and print and laminate it would be no problem. Came in at 6:30 was told by a MANAGER I COULDN’T LAMINATE the 2 sheets of copy paper I was just told I could come in and complete. If I couldn’t get the job done here I wouldn’t have even wasted my time. Trash.

I am a loyal customer AND use I Postal at this location and today was saddened to hear your print Manager is leaving.You going to KILL your print business and employees by adding Amazon returns unless you have two more full-time employees. I felt SAD when I heard you were adding the amazon returns

Pretty standard Staples. Helpful, friendly staff. I mostly drop Amazon returns here and also do some shipping. Occasionally I do some shopping as well. Stop on by and get whatever you need to get done, done!

I absolutely love this particular Starbud, close to home and the workers are extremely helpful. My budtender was James P. Very knowledgeable, engaged and helpful. I recommend asking for him when you go in.

I usually go to the Staples on Eastern Avenue but gave this one a try. Placed my order and later on tried to call 5+ times to see if it was ready and waited on hold each time. It was supposed to be ready by 8:30pm but was not. When I picked it up, I was unable to use any coupons, no teacher discount. Perhaps the Staples on Eastern has different rules or are just better at customer service, but they always help me out as a local school employee. Very discouraged by this location.

I went at this store yesterday to photocopy few documents, asked for help as it was my first time to use the service there. The associate named Nikki came to show the self serve machine when I requested her to help. The machine was not functioning as the power was off which I came to know later from another associate. I again went to her while she was chatting with her Indian colleague. She came and told me to pay first and left, didn’t even check if the machine was on or not. I tried few time nothing was happening, then I asked another senior customer behind me , she tried to help but was not working either. Then we seek help from another associate passing by who turned the machine on. I could try different machine but already prepaid on that specific one. Then I went to front desk , seek help , the girl with hijab/scarf over head came and showed me how to properly do the work. She was very helpful and friendly and I finally did all my work. I wish Nikki could have showed me or check the machine properly without rushing ( there was no customer in the print/photocopy zone while I requested help), it could have saved my time. I won’t go to that location anymore because of this poor experience.Want to thank that front desk girl for her help.
