Terrible management and does not take their pest issue seriously at all. I would give them 0 stars if at all possible. How do you knowingly have a pest infestation, have tenants who report it frequently and the exterminators just lazily seal a spot and call the job done?

Melissa Palmer is amazing! She has gone above and beyond to ensure that my experience at Saint Paul Regency was a positive one. The location is also super convenient. I loved how I could easily explore the area without having to drive around to do so, lots of restaurants and cool things to do nearby. If you’re considering SPR, ask for Melissa, she’ll take great care of you!

AC units older than dirt, leak regularly, and are probably blowing moldy air into your unit. See pictures. After hours call center is useless and rude. Elevator was out and handicapped neighbor was stuck in the lobby, call center says "the elevator is out? what do you want us to do, call maintenance to carry him upstairs?". Their key fob swipe box at the door doesn't work, call center response: "just wait and see if someone lets you in". This is at midnight, in baltimore city. Just pay $100 more and find a decent place to live in the city, this isn't it.

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I would give this place 0 stars if I could. This is the WORST place I have ever lived. The building itself is old and offers no amenities and the management is full of liars. It's cheap but you definitely should not waste your money moving here. Run in the other direction...1. There's a TERRIBLE ROACH PROBLEM. They crawl up drains, under doors, across the hallway walls... it's literally disgusting. The management is aware and the problem is not resolved.2. THE MANAGEMENT LIES! The property manager, Melissa Palmer, is probably the laziest property manager ever. She'll tell you maintenance is coming and they never will, she's very rude, and she lies about your money. The women at the front desk won't get your packages for you unless the owner is there supervising. All around, the management is just very, very bad.3. The maintenance "fixes" things about 2-3 times before it's actually done correctly or they break it even further. Then forget about telling the property manager because she'll likely do nothing.4. There's no security. Random/sketchy people are always coming in and out, plus there was a homeless man sleeping in the gym for a while that management knew about.5. The wall units for heat/air will run your BGE bill up. The basement laundry center is sketchy and dirty, plus the machines are costly to always be broken. I stopped using them because I was nervous to go in the dark basement by myself and it's nasty down there. Not to mention one of the two elevators (if not both) are always broken at any given time.

I have been living in this apartment for a year and I really enjoyed my stay. It is very convenient for all (shopping, library, park, museum) and very safe. Purple shuttle and other buses going to down town stop right at the door. Most importantly the staff at this place are really helpful. When i move first, they really helped me very much. They went above and beyond to extend help. The leasing officer (Melissa) is a great person. I highly recommend this place for student or anyone who is looking for a convenient place.
