I can't even say if they're good or not because the customer service over the phone was horrible. Firstly, they advertise 1-hour cleaning. When I asked about it, the rude man on the phone said they don't do 1-hour cleaning anymore. Then they need to up date their advertising. As I was about to ask about their standard turn around time for dry cleaning, he hung up on me. So I called back 5 times. No answer. I waited like 2 minutes and called from my cousin's phone and he answered. So I got to ask what the turn around time was. He yelled, "a couple of days". I politely asked, "sir what does that mean because I have an event I need this ready for so I just need to know when to expect to pick up my things?" He yelled again, "a couple of days, a couple of days". Then hung up on me again LOL. Yeah, needless to say, I didn't go there.

Prices ok but customer service is bad. Typical story of business owners/workers that are rude and passive aggressive to customers keeping the lights on. Best to look elsewhere.

Always professional and polite. You receive better cleaning quality, condition and appearance of your clothes when compared to other dry cleaning service providers. Alterations provided are wonderful as well

I was skeptical at first because of all the reviews, but I’m telling you please ignore them. This is a small business, I see 2 people running the entire business (a lot of respect already). They are fast, efficient, and cheap. I needed a handful of alterations done and this kind lady had got them done within 2 days (anywhere else, I was told 1 week or longer and twice the price). They also pressed all my clothes for free!As for the owners “selling clothes.” Think about it like this—if you bring your clothes to be dry cleaned and don’t come back for 2 years, do you expect them to hold onto them and fill up their limited space for you to possibly come back or to just completely forget about them? This place is not a personal closet. They are extremely professional here and everything is done almost perfectly. I did have a bit of trouble communicating but that’s because English isn’t their first language, so I empathize. I highly recommend coming here if you need any clothes washed, dry cleaned, altered, pressed. It’s a hard price to beat with the great service!! I wish I could give them a higher rating!!!Service: Alterations

They will sell your clothes before the year's out and claim that they don't have it anymore do not go to this location because they are terrible

Horrible customer service. Don't take anything you truly needed cleaned to this location. It won't be cleaned correctly, they won't even let You know they didn't clean it and they didnt even offer a discount because they couldn't clean it. Will never use this location again.

It is a nice neighborhood dry cleaners. They offer one day service on shirts. But if you try and order the one day service they argue with you until you settle for 3-day service. They claim they charge much much more but I was never able to get them to tell me how much more. The good part of the shop is alterations are really cheap. They promised me $4 to hem a pair of pants. I pick them up Tuesday and I sure hope that they remember how much they offered to do it for.
