Been hit or miss lately. South Moon has been my favorite store for almost a decade but it feels like the quality of the clothing has gone downhill (but the prices haven’t) and im noticing (now that I’ve gained a little weight going from a medium to a large) that the majority of their tops don’t fit a DD and bottoms above a 28 are few and far between. I also just went shopping before a vacation and spent hundreds of dollars on items they left the security tags on. Didn’t realize until I was halfway across the world and had to buy more clothes on the trip to have something to wear. However the staff are always so friendly and helpful, I hope they improve the clothing back to how it used to be and get with the times celebrating all body sizes

I love this place! The clothes were cute by the staff is amazing, so friendly and so helpful. I finally found my perfect pair of shorts and I couldn't have been able to without the help of them. I definitely recommend this place.

I couldn't even give this place a one star. I have been shopping here for quite a while and understandably their clothing is always overpriced. However, today when shopping for shirts I overheard the employees bashing other shoppers who were just there, for not purchasing anything. They were making fun of a bride shopping for her bachelorette because they couldn't find her "vision" so after not purchasing anything she must have left. I then had to listen to the employees mention how she didn't buy anything and mock her. Yet I needed help in the dressing room and they were just gossiping instead of helping guests. Regardless I ended up buying 2 shirts and a jacket which I really liked, and was over charged. I contacted the store to ask for a store credit back but was again greeted by a very rude associate who said I would need to drive back to the store (which is not close to me) in order to be reimbursed. Just a ridiculous establishment who needs employees that care about the customers. Not sure who runs this place but you should be embarrassed.

The store manager, Dana, and her associate, Jules, are always such a big help when shopping at the Harbor East store. I will be returning to shop with them again in the future.

We came in to escape the hail. Very happy for this weather. The staff was so friendly and told us about the sale section while we waited it out. So happy about the sweaters I found and their prices.

The store has been rearranged / remodeled since I was last in a few years ago. They have a great selection of jeans, shorts and cute tops for the season. The store manager is amazing and helped me with a new pair of Agolde jeans and shorts.

Good selection, along with a sale going on. South Moon Under also has nearby street parking in addition to garage parking.

Came in to this shop while visiting Baltimore. Staff very helpful and the clothes were stylish. Got home and a shirt didn't fit as well as remembered. Called in and explained I lived 2 hours away. The manager provided probably the best and easiest customer service ever received. Mailed me a better size and a hand written note. Made the return process unbelievably easy. Thanks!!

My nieces love this shop and I always have an easy time finding something they would like. It’s definitely for a younger customer overall (I’m too old for some of the cuts), but the have a good Jean selection suitable for everyone. The store is easy to navigate and organized.

Their sales can be really great! Last time I went, I was able to get bathing suits that were originally $60+ per piece for about $17 per piece. The customer service was good but it took them awhile to start paying attention. Once they did, the service was almost overwhelming- each employee knew me by name and asked me how I was doing every 5 minutes (an exaggeration, though it felt like they were checking in almost too often). I did frustratingly notice that one of the tops I purchased was listed cheaper online, so if you can, I recommend double checking to make sure you're getting the best deal!

Staff is super helpful. Always willing to grab different sizes for me, and I often ask for their honest opinions. Casual, dressy, and everything in between! And with a great swimsuit selection. I always end up spending way more than I anticipate! Thanks for keeping my closet trendy and fab!!!!
