Staff are helpful and welcoming. They are involved with the local community and support other small businesses. If they don't have your book in inventory, they will order it and it will arrive quickly. Love the vibe!

I went to the location in Port Discovery. My family had a wonderful time at Port Discovery and this review is in no relation to our experience at the museum.
On our way out my son stated that he wanted a book. We ended up settling on a shark puzzle as he loves sharks. On the way out, after purchasing the puzzle, my son saw a blue toy that he wanted. I first told him no, then asked if we could do an exchange. The lady immediately told me no. I almost left that’ll it then realized I never saw an exchange policy sign. I asked about it and she immediately developed and attitude and was annoyed. I pointed out the exchange policy right behind her that state do could do the return. She told me the store policy was I could not exchange. I asked to speak to her manager. She called her manager. After she got off the phone she let me do the exchange. I don’t know what the motive was but it was a horrible bookstore experience.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I have never felt more welcomed by a business. They have an amazing selection and knowledgeable staff that are helpful and genuinely kind. No better way to spend a lazy day than browsing Snug Books and then reading your new book at Zeke's next door. Go check them out you won't regret it!

the cutest local bookshop! they have thoughtful little trinkets and such around the store, and a great selection of books. perfect if you're shopping for gifts or treating yourself to a little something. prices are super reasonable. :)

The owners are helpful and nice, the location is cozy and perfect for a bookstore, and the store is inviting, cute and clean.They host fun occasional events and it’s a fun place to visit. Literally nothing but great things to say.

Everyone at snug books is so nice, I love going there any chance I get. The store is well organized, clean, and their recommendations are always really great! They ordered a book for me and even though it came damaged, they were willing to order me a brand new one! It's a great local bookstore if you're looking for one!
