This place is suspect, the employees at this store don’t know how to properly authenticate sneakers and they sell fakes. Be cautious if you shop at this location.

Went to this location after seeing someone on IG post about it. A lot of awesome shoes are available!! I found a pair of Jordan’s that I had never seen before at a very good price, BUT they was not in my size (super sad face). Everyone was very friendly. I even met the owner Mr. Kevin! Very nice guy! I will be back to check them out again…hopefully they will have something I have never seen before in my size!!!!

Alot of fake reviews on good customer service believe me it’s the black owner who has the poor customer service, to be in a city like Baltimore with the lack of respect for customers is a no no, you don’t get good customer service here or fair money for your sneakers if you want to sell them don’t unless you are cool with 20 to 50 for a sneaker you paid 200 to 250 for these shop don’t need to be here only shops that respect our city and the people not rip them off, don’t let these spots take jobs away from our young people these shop only here to take they have sites you better off buying from used designer kicks overpriced but that’s the only thing keeping them afloat send the bbb in there we don’t need this place and now they opening another store I hope the customer service gets better but all the sneaker p are known for bad customer service we got enough bad here we need joyful places not stressful

Went here to grab some shoes for my lil brothers, wasn't the best experience although we did end up purchasing. The gentleman in the store didn't acknowledge us or have any customer service skills. Asked for 10$ off for buying 2 pairs and apparently this shop has no wiggle room for deals at all even a small 10 bucks. Brought up some concerns on authentication on a pair of Jordan ones didn't have og laces or box, guy helping me said If I didn't think they were real I shouldnt buy them. Why is that? Some people don't mind a good knockoff plus you should never tell a customer to not buy something they are interested in buying, maybe show proof they are real or supply us with the og laces they come with. Dude was rude then when he went to the back he didn't return to finish the sale had the other guy ring us out guess he didn't like us terrible customer service, decent shoe selection, not good on bargaining. Prolly won't return shoes were fine though!

Very bad customer service waited to be buzzed in and then they took there time helping me when nobody else was in the store. Tried to sell shoes that weren't even worn and they said they didn't take them. Will not be returning.
