Girl on the phone is too eager for a sale and for you to fill out a finance application instead of providing actual information.

This place is terrible. Brian has very unprofessional customer service and very rude behavior. I went to this place to seek a Van for my kids and I. Saturday night, We seen a pathfinder and two dodge caravan. Looked at the pathfinder and one dodge caravan. He approved me for pathfinder but I told him to change it to the Van because it was bigger than the pathfinder. He say ok, I'll do paperwork and you can come pick it up Monday (today). I go to work. Called the business just to get the information for down payment and finance people to get the car insurance straightened out. A lady answered after I was hold for 25 mins. She had no recollection that I was even getting this 2016 Dodge Caravan SXT. Didn't see my name in the system ( 1st red flag). She says well Brian is not here and to call back 2 hours later. I called 2 hours later, business number sounded like it was offline so I called the other number, he answered and was rude and acted like he couldn't hear me and hung up on me. (Second red flag). Mind you all I wanted to do was get information for the car insurance. I called 10 mins later thinking \

I bought a 2012 Toyota Primus C on June 28. 2Q22. Haven't had any problems. The service engine soon light came on. When that happened I bought one of those diagnostic data plug-in. It's called (Fix)..I do not want or trust mechanics, if you're not mechanically inclined and they put the plug-in, in your car's port they can come back and tell you just about anything it could be a loose gas cap that's how these new cars work, it could be you need to change of oil. Do yourself a favor and diagnose your own issues and then you have something to tell the mechanic or dealer. I know with these diagnostic plugins need to be used it saves time, cuts out the hit and miss when trying to diagnose you're car, just be INFORMED before going to the mechanic.. Just saying

I purchased an SUV about 2 years ago. I’ve never had an issue with the vehicle until now. I contacted the dealership and spoke with Brian. I explained my issue with the sensors in my SUV repeatedly turning on and off to the point where they have remained on. I told him each sensor that appeared on my dashboard. He told me I’d have to drop off my vehicle and come back to get it. He will order the parts then give me an estimate for parts and labors. He questioned me about my mileage during the 2 year time frame. Needless to say, this repair won’t be covered under the warranty. I’ll have to pay it myself. I told him that I cannot leave my vehicle at the garage because I have to work today. I asked if I could come in before work for an estimate and come back at a later date to get it fixed. Before I could finish my question, he immediately yelled, “No!” I’ve never heard him speak so rude towards me or anyone else that I’ve referred to him. He told me I’ll have to drop it off and come back some other time. I told him that I do not have any other means of transportation. I work a distance away and I refuse to pay Uber or Lyft to take me such a far distance, into another county, for work. I repeated myself once again by saying that I need to go to work. He didn’t even offer me a loaner vehicle for the inconvenience. I’ve been at the dealership before and saw him exchange keys with a customer, giving her a loaner vehicle until her repairs were done. He said no one was could look at my vehicle today. So who’s to say how long my SUV would sit before it could actually be assessed. I went into further detail explaining that because I cannot get the sensors to turned off, I’ve failed my emissions test multiple times. I also ran out of time and cannot get an additional extension, so my registration is suspended. He yelled over me, “Do not argue with me!” I swear I wouldn’t disrespect him in that manner. He really helped me get into a vehicle of my choice when other dealerships were forcing me into vehicles I did not want. The level of disrespect that I experienced was mind blowing. As many times as I’ve interacted with Brian, I’ve never heard him raise his voice until now. The way he handled my phone call was distasteful, unprofessional, and disrespectful. I will never refer another person to this dealership or any other location. I would not want someone, who I know, to experience this level of disrespect after purchasing a vehicle. I will take another route as to getting my truck repaired.

2015 NISSAN ALTIMA They were very helpful with getting me into a car but once I purchased the car that's when the problems kicked in. I purchased my car in Feb of 2019 a month later I needed new tires, got the tires replaced and was told I needed a wheel alignment. Crazy right only a month after being purchased. I go to get the wheel alignment done and was turned down because they said my tie rods needed to be replaced. I was told, it looked as if my car was an accident the place said that would cost $500. So at this point I put $2,000 down for car then another $200 for 2 new tires and then was told about my wheel alignment and tie rods which together would've been $600. I took my car back to sina to figure out why my car needed so much work and he said that it could have happened from them towing my car from the auction but it was my responsibility to pay for it because my warranty was only good 30 days. He had his men look at it to find out that now my rack & pinion needed to be replaced which cost from $1,100 to $1,500. I say all of this to say DONT GO THERE. Yes they will get you into a car but the cars will have things that need to be done to it. I wish I would have shopped around but now I'm stuck paying for a car that I cant drive due to so many mechanical issues. I'm in the process of speaking with a lawyer because I believe I was sold a LEMON !!

They got me in an upside car deal. Said I could refinance in a year. Never missed a payment, credit has gone up, but my car is worth less than 5k now. Barely 2k now but I'm paying 11k...Typical money hungry, non honest car lot. Got denied for my refinancing.
