The absolute best gift shop of any kind, anywhere in at least the continental US. I feel pretty confident about that. Anyway amazing, magical, mystical, surprising, and for purchase (that last being the only real differentiator between the gift shop and the museum itself). Run, don't walk and all that.

Incredible shop! The staff is exceptional and super friendly! There is something for everyone. It is so much fun to look around...look everywhere...you never know what you will find. If you are lucky you will see Ted Frankel. He is an institution, an amazing artist and just the nicest person. This was my second visit and I can't wait to go back already! If you don't leave here happy...nothing in life will ever make you happy! I still have a smile 8 hours later.

Neat place, but was more of a gag gift and quirky art shop than a gift shop like we expected. It was neat to browse, but we didn't end up buying anything. It is located inside the art museum, but if you tell the people at the front desk that you're just going to the shop, they'll let you in without paying admission to the rest of the gallery.
