“I went to David's Bridal Glen Burnie, MD with two of girlfriends to pick out wedding dress. First I am impressed that send email reminders, and also called to confirm my appt. They also sent out a questionnaire to get an idea what you were looking for. When I arrived to my appt, the shop wasn't packed which was good. Last time I was there was with my sister to pick out her wedding dress and it was so busy! We were nicely greeted! We were assigned to Kellie. I told her budget and what kind of dress of I looking for. I tried on three dresses and landed on the third dress which I girlfriends were describing the dress that I tried on a specialty wedding shop. Kellie was able to put together a beaded top to lay on top of my dress which made it similar to the dress in the other shop for half the price! Kellie was fabulous in helping put together a custom wedding dress that I love and purchased that day. She was pleasure to work with. I recommend this location, the staff are friendly and there are alot of choices for brides and bridesmaids.”
“Dan Brother’s did an outstanding job on a pair of my old “Allen Edmonds” Oxford dress boots. The soles were flapping in the wind when I brought them in, and one of them had the heel completely missing. But Dan Brother’s was able to completely restore these Oxfords, and they even cleaned and polished the rest of the shoe. My boots look better now than when I bought them 7 years ago!!”
“Had a wonderful experience here. Alec graciously helped me pick out new shoes despite me coming in 30 minutes before closing. He was extremely friendly and accommodating and I love the shoes (Hokas) he helped me pick! I’ll be coming back here for all of my footwear needs.”
“Vu Skateshop has the best selection and pricing on shoes and gear.... I have never seen a business process orders and send them off so quickly!! “I was in the store yesterday around 430, not sounds cliché don’t have ever written review before The customer service yesterday was above and beyond that only the woman who is helping myself, but the other lady that was in there at that time was so extremely helpful and I was dropping and what she was telling these two women who are far from a typical runner who I could tell, we’re getting shoes for the reasons , and the lady took her time kind, empathetic impatient it was beyond customer service. It was a human being, being caring and wonderful to another set of human beings and we need more people like that in this world. I often don’t make the trip out there and I’ll go to a local chain running store out of laziness but falls road never lets me down”
“This store has a bunch of unique shoes and the service is phenomenal. There is also a doggy that will greet you upon entering lol. I saw these shoes from the window and I had to have them! So I got them. I will definitely be back again. If you like unique shoes this is the place for you!!”
“Wow. wow. Wow. Highly recommend. Went to the location on York for shoes for my father who is in his late 80's and uses a wheelchair and walker. Allison helped us. She was extremely knowledgeable both about shoes and working with elderly customers/customers with physical disabilities. She was also very kind. Excellent customer service, excellent advice. We had only brought his wheelchair and when it was time for him to stand in the shoes, she brought out a walker that the store has to make things easier. Fabulous. She was very skilled at ensuring he had shoes that fit him well, spent significant time with us. My father felt good about the shopping experience. Absolutely did not try to upsell us. Shoes are great quality, lots of great styles. I hope to return to shop for myself. Note: Before we came in, I called with some questions, and the staff were very helpful over the phone, they had great ideas and were clearly knowledgeable and willing to share their expertise.”
“I randomly walked in to Madewell for the first time hoping to just look at Jewelry. I ended up walking out with two pairs of jeans, some jeans earrings, and a ring. I don’t like buying pants in-person because I had a baby a few months ago and I’m still learning my new body. Gabrielle helped me and was the most amazing person. She not only helped me but it was so uplifting to see how she was helping everyone in the store to feel good in what they were trying on. She was so knowledgeable about the products and gave everyone amazing recommendations. I’m definitely going to be a repeat customer and thank you to Gabrielle for making me feel so good”
“The owner makes superb recommendations and the sizing is perfect. Returning customer who is still happy with a last min outfit I bought for a wedding. Owner had the same enthusiasm to find me the right outfit even though it was time to close up the store for the day! And the alterations were done same day!

“I was having a bad day, until i walked in. I must say this is one of the best locations, thus far. When you enter, they greet you and make you feel welcome. Kay is very pleasant and welcoming, with a smile. You can see it in her eyes, even with a mask on. James was also very pleasant and welcoming. Jordan and Drew made sure i got what i needed without a problem. They didn’t have a problem with checking to make sure the item was in stock. This team is awesome!!! The store is nice and clean, you can find everything without a problem. Love it!!! Keep up the great work guys!!!”
“I visited this store today with my son (almost 12months) looking for old skools in toddler size. I was nervous they’d be tight since he has chubby wide feet and only wears crocs. Dre greeted us immediately upon entering the store, despite being mid conversation with other associates. I told him what we needed and that I wanted my son to try them on. He got our size and the little try on sock. He showed us the shoes in his size that were on sale, pointed us to the socks in his size, and the toddler clothes. After gathering everything we wanted to purchase, Dre and I had a nice conversation about a disney collab coming soon and a previous Toy Story collab Vans did years ago. Taking a toddler shopping can be anxiety inducing and overwhelming, but Dre made this experience a breeze. He was informative, attentive, helpful and most of all kind. Visiting shopping malls in general these days can be hit or miss. I will be back to this store again rather than shopping online when I need shoes for my son! Picture of the happy customer!! “YES, it's another B.O.B. aka: Black Owned Business! Service: Enjoy a personalized experience! I told the staff my style preferences and while I was looking around they brought me options to try on. Selection: There's a lot of patterns and color here! If you are looking for a one of a kind designs for your closet this is the place for you. I went with the denim corset. Value: The original designs are going to cost you, but it's worth it!”

“I went in with 15 minutes to close to look for my mom a gift. The staff was so nice and friendly despite the timing. I got out right as the clock hit 6pm!!! The store is beautifully laid out with amazing options. The most well laid out anthropology store I’ve been in. I wish they were all that spacious. (Compared to charlotte North Carolina where I am from) Thanks again!”

“I had a great experience with Holabird. I was looking to replace my worn-out favorite Asics and I have a wide foot. I searched the Web for my size + best price and it led me to Holabird. I had my order in 3 business days, pristine condition, $20 less than anywhere else AND shipped for free. They even included a return bag and paperwork to make it easy if my order had not fit. I definitely will use Holabird again.”

“Rocky was the best! I didn't buy a single thing. I wasn't dressed the part. I wasn't asked to try anything on. I was welcomed. I shared that I was just there to look around because I always pass the shop during my evening commute. He didn't treat me like I was a buyer and didn't treat me like a person just window shopping.This brother treated me like a human being. Simple. No script. Sometimes its not the what you have in your store, it's who you have. People will always remember how you make them feel and Rocky made me feel like a person. Fine clothing has always been a dream of mine, never a reality. One day, God-willing, I'll be back, and I'll make my dream a reality.Regarding the what they carry, you have to visit and see for yourself. It's worth it. Don't put Gian Marco in the same category of department or chain stores. If you want to look, dress, and feel unique, and not look like everybody else, Gian Marco should be at the top of list of places to upgrade your wardrobe.”
“Had a two night stay next to the store. I saw belts through the window on the wall display. I tend to destroy belts. First used for dress up occasions then go to Construcion use. Belts from Kohl's that my wife buys for me, just don't hold up. These are made in USA, thick leather. The belts cost more than belts from China but will last so much longer. Even though I came to the store looking maybe a little better than homeless, the person working was kind, polite, and helpful. Sorry to Allen Edmonds for eventually using these two new belt in horrible conditions.”
“Best spot in Baltimore for sneaker heads; the only place I've found near the Inner Harbour that has Jordans and Air Force Ones. Nice selection of clothing, collectibles, and knick knacks as well. The staff treated me like an old friend the moment I walked in the door, extremely accommodating. You should be aware that it's quite pricey though, so if you plan to shop here bring a fat wallet?. There was an awesome Bape t-shirt I wanted but I quickly put it back after seeing the $225 price tag. Very happy with my purchase, will be going back on my next visit to the city.”

“Went in to buy a suit for my cousins wedding. Martise took my measurements and info for when I'd need it, I was out in about 20 minutes or so. They have a lot of nice stuff in their store. Go check it out. Recommend going at least a month before your event so it can give the suit enough time to come in.”
