I arrived at the Sherwin Williams store today, Sunday , almost at the closing time. Many employees would have been
annoyed seeing a customer needing help at that time. But not Isaac! He was so genuinely pleasant, kind and very knowledgeable. He helped me through a multitude of greys…and gave me some expert advice. I now have 3 choices…any of which would be perfect.

Great customer service at this store! Isaac was especially super helpful with answering my questions. I’ve gotten a lot of paint from this store, and have had them match quite a few paint chips from my home, and they have always been so helpful and kind. The paint has always been great quality.

The rep that helped me out today had a very poor attitude and was not able to assist me on answering any of the questions that a paint representative should be able answer. Mr. Sad poor attitude representative made one paint match for me and told me “it is what it is and if I want another paint match he’ll have to charge me”, like obviously. Just do your job professionally it’s not like you have a hard job bud. I was even told the paint match isn’t good “ because it’s new paint “??♂️ like I haven’t done this before. I go to this store all the time and get perfect matches and it’s usually a pleasure. Knowledgeable, helpful and good friendly attitudes ……….. usually. I’ll have to find another paint store. And obviously the match looked horrible and client wasn’t happy. Just told her Sherman Williams is not the place to go for paint needs.

They didn't have what I needed and called another store in my area to see if they had it and that it would be ready when I got there. At Both stores staff were very pleasant.

Totally satisfied with my shopping experience on two occasions this month at the Pikesville Sherwin Williams location. The staff was quick to assist and answer my questions and offer opinions on amount of paint and supplies needed for my interior home painting project. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and service oriented making for a pleasant shopping experience that is often hard to come by these days.

Had a lovely experience with a young man named Tanner. While he doesn’t seem to have been employed here for very long, his friendly demeanor and positive attitude was refreshing to deal with. My wife and I are in the process of deciding paint color for several rooms in our home. He helped us identify which sheen would hold up best in our specific rooms, and was more than happy to show some samples. While we are in the process of finalizing our paint choices, we plan on returning to ensure Tanner gets credit for our assistance. Great hire by the SW team. He’s going to be a valuable asset.
