I made a delivery to this store on 05.23.2024. I called the store a few times that I was coming to deliver so they could make room for me because I was in a tractor trailer and the spot it very very tight and u have to use blind side to back into the dock, however they didn't make no room it was bunch of cars on the way when I got there nobody came outside to assist me, only one guy came and started yelling at me that I was close to his car Nissan Altima or Maxima what ever not a real car but he try to fight me and that was a stuff member of the store he got so heated up we almost got in fight, but he was the one who started and if fact I never had such a experience with places I've delivered, I go there to do bussines and they try to fight me, to Sherwin Williams if your employee were if hit me I was gonna suit the company and go after the insurance, you should be concerned who you hiring and know what is going on in this store, then they give me just one page of the BOL later I called for the second page and they refused to give me to rest of the paper work, Delivery drivers be aware, this place is difficult to get in if you are in sleeper tractor trailer, you will damage your truck claim up the heel entering the Plaza

When I was an active painter ( now retired) this was my go to store and still is because painting the house never ends. The staff are really helpful and polite they work with you so you get the best product for your job and price range. Don’t hesitate to stop in and ask questions about your needs for your paint and repair project for your home.

This big commercial Sherwin-Williams store has got just about everything a painter can want. And even with the national supply shortage, they seem to have everything in stock on the days that I have been there. The staff has been very helpful as well, ordering several specialty products for me. Location is good, right off falls road. It's been fine every time I've been here and so you know I will be coming here again.

The woman who helped me was fabulous, I even asked her if she owned the store, when she said no I told her she should buy it! She was professional, amazingly helpful and patient. The phone wouldn’t stop ringing and contractors were coming in but she just handled it all like a boss!
