Shell is a gas station with very nice and helpful people. Their prices are higher than other options, but you pay for the convenience. Their vacuum and air stations take credit cards, which is a huge help. The repair shop can be expensive, but the staff is extremely accommodating. They will fill your tires at no cost, work you into a busy schedule without an appointment, and work hard to fix problems, like installing a new battery late in the day to get you going again.
Had been meaning to put air in my tires for months - a nearby pump was out of order but they filled me up at no cost! Just nice and helpful people!

I had a tire problem on a busy Monday morning. I didn't have an appointment but Joe and John got me in and fixed the problem. I appreciate how they worked me into their busy schedule.
