I had the same experience as one of the other reviewers. Immediately upon getting out of my car I was accosted by a shady individual. Obviously it's a thing that happens, but I've never been somewhere it happened so quickly with them being that persistent.

This "SHELL" does not accept Shell Pay. They do not accept the SHELL APP for payment or fuel discounts. This was directly out of their mouths and not an issue with the app or my use of it. They simply do not honor shell app or shell pay.

Vacuum is broken. The number attached does not work. Unable to get aervice paid for or refund. Clerk was unhelpful. No manager name nor phone number. Tired of businesses that are not community nor customer service oriented.

cheats. theres a reason they are the cheapest shell in the area. pumped 19 gallons into a tank that only holds 18. reported and confirmed by MD weights and measures.

I hardly ever write reviews but this was so deserving of one. It's unfortunate that I had to select atleast 1 star for this review. Customer service is terrible. The male clerk was rude and suspicious activity was observed from shady individuals loitering in and around this location. I just left this location after attempting to get some gas. After I used my bank card and beginning to pump the gas in my tank, the gas pump immediately shut off before any gas came out. I went inside to advise the clerk what happened and his response was, "I know. we are out of gas". Well sir if you are aware that you are out of gas, then put a sign on the pumps so that customers can be aware prior to them using their bank cards. So I immediately checked my bank account as a precaution just to make sure that I wasn't charged for any gas. I saw that Shell had charged $85.00 to my account. I went back into the store to inform the clerk and he advised that Shell placed a $85.00 hold on my bank account and that the money will go back on in a couple days and then he turned his back on me. Needless to say, I was very frustrated and disgusted because a $85.00 hold was placed on my bank account when I never received a drop of gas due to this Shell being out of gas. I never had a $85.00 hold from any gas station. The holds in the past were only $1 when you use debit. Customer beware because to be charged with a $85.00 hold on your bank account when you did not even receive any gas is absurd. I felt robbed.

On 13th of November, about 6.30 pm I tried to fill regular gas, it was paid 85 dollars I saw on my account but I could not fill any gas and I tried from another pump but again your machine took 44 dollars from my account and I could not get any gas either. Totally your station took 129 dollars from me and gave nothing. I waited enough for your return but I have no returns. So, you have to issue my money to my bank (Transfer Wise)!

They have lost my business after ripping me off after they ran out of gas and did not try to make it right. I always got my gas there and filled up every time if 30 cent per gallon means more to them than my loyal patronage they can choke on it. They need to have people who know what they're doing. You are from here on out boycotted by me. This is what wiped out my points.

Check your receipt, they charge you premium instead of regular gas..cheater !!!

The VPower 3.25 on a regular so I went there today which is a Tuesday when it's suppose to be a .20 discount and the price is 3.19. I ask the attendant why is it 3.19 instead of 3.05, he stated he could not answer that question. I know you just got your lot resurfaced but should that effect your prices. Is it under new management, the price at this station has always been less than other station. Well I will not be returning to this station.

I was visiting family in baltimore and on my way back home I went to fill up at this shell and after two blocks I heard a loud pop then my car started shaking then shut off. Turns out they had diesel fuel in regular pumps. Cost me hundreds in damages.
