I’ve have never been so insulted in my life. Shanda Hayden is extremely unprofessional. Today I contacted her office because my bill had increased drastically. I was greeted with rudeness, lied to about what was going on with my policy then and hung up on twice. If I could file a complaint I would because this is ridiculous. No one should be treated like this especially after being a loyal member for so many years!

The problem I had was that there are too many companies that are involved, you have ALE doing one thing & from my experience they are not really proficient at what they do and after all that was done I get hit with an investigation, I tell you being homeless really sucks and if I found out about a third-party involvement I would be extremely mad, I lost everything and really what I got would never replace certain things that I lost, ie one of my cats, a friend of 10 plus years, my religion things, so . I am sorry but how it started working with All-State was fine ,but it ended bad

it’s really unexpected to have such a good experience when it comes to insurance providers. The team at this office is great. They always reach out when there are better options available and they regularly check in to see how I’m doing. I would highly recommend this office for home/auto/life needs.

Communication is key. Shanda hit it right on the head. She isn’t stuck in the past - she uses all of her resources to get the job done. When I called, texted, or emailed she always answered and that’s important during these busy times. I appreciate all the money she saved me along with a seamless insurance change and home policy! Thank you for everything.

Everything is going just fine with the service. Whenever I have had an issue I get a response immediately and I get my issue resolved...Casey is on top of her game..This office is very attentive to our needs..I would highly recommend them...
