I was very excited to check out this location. Found a parking spot right in front. It's metered so don't forget to pay. Walking distance from lots of other stores as well. The selection of fragrances and skincare and makeup was excellent. My daughter was able to get everything she wanted. The staff was very helpful everyone asked us did we need help etc etc etc they were over staffed if you ask me.

Best customer service I have ever had at any Sephora. Everyone was so kind and helpful which made my shopping experience extremely positive. Definitely will make an effort to come to this location in the future. Every employee was amazing, especially the woman who helped us pick which product would be most useful to us.

OMG, great help!!!! They know their product. I got liquid make up by Lady GaGa and the match was perfect with my skin. Also a wonderful blush with shimmer. Love this place, the people are sooooo knowledgeable!

The greeter was so kind and made me excited to be there. He was like a hypeman and I loved it! The store was so well organized and clean. Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. They didn’t have the product I came there for, but I bought something else.

I love this sephora, they have a good selection (though I wish they carried more fragrances) and the staff are super nice, but please do not greet me with “hello small friend!” as I walk in, I’m an adult lol

Sucks I have to rate this location as inconsistent with their service. This was only my 2nd time here and I was treated poorly by the sales lady with the big hair who looked me funny because SHE misplaced an item I was returning (placed on the counter which she saw when I first walked in and explained my reason for returning the item purchased just 2 days ago) once I went back to the counter to pay for another product I picked up. Of course after looking for the product frantically for a few minutes as I'm standing there, she found it behind the counter on the floor right in front of her. I'm generally easy going but how she acted toward me threw me off enough to write this - very unnecessarily rude and unprofessional. Whatever happened to courteously apologizing when you wrongfully insinuate a customer is lying. Please do better.

Some of the people who work here have very short patience and nasty attitudes, especially in the hours leading up to closing. I get that they've had a long day, but that doesn't justify a complete abandonment of customer service principles. More than once at this particular location I have felt judged for taking my time and making simple inquiries.

I've been here a couple of times and the service is fantastic. Pretty much everyone I've interacted with in the store has been very approachable and helpful. The store is spacious with plenty of items. It never gets too congested and you have plenty of space to roam around and try on stuff. Parking is a little tight in that area so plan ahead.

I used to enjoy shopping here as it is less crowded than the one in Towson but lately the service has been disappointing. It only took one employee to ruin the whole experience, I'm surprised to not hear anything about him. He showed no customer service skills (despite saying he worked at Morphe) and was rude to all of the customers in line. I've seen him twice in Sephora and both times he was just as awful. He was condescending and ignorant towards customers. I'm not sure why he's an employee here when other workers there were great. Maybe he lied during his interview about having customer service skills. Or maybe he has no basic manners. If so, please remind him that there are many other jobs no requiring face-to-face interaction. Just in case if this review gets read... He is quite tall with somewhat blonde hair and wears bold eyeshadow (the 2016 makeup trend). Avoid him and have another Sephora employee help you.

Shae'erica is an absolute dream associate! I see her every time I come in and I always love what she picks out! I came today looking for her and she actually came out after she was off to help despite me insisting for her to go home! Everyone is so kind and the store is clean and laid out nicely.
