I don’t like giving bad reviews but in this situation I have to. I had a really bad experience with LEE (African American guy on front desk). I’m not planing to go back to this store. All the time He had this bad attitude like I had come to ask things for free and to make it worse when I asked him to add some PVC pipe to my ticket, He answered me that he couldn't sell me any pipe because He had already closed the ticket, He didn’t even asked if I needed anything else.
Other guys are great, LEE should learn manners and how to treat Costumers with respect that every single Costumer deserves.

If you need pipe fittings or anything to help you complete your work they have it in the store or they will find it for you they also have tools for everything situation you find yourself on these guys know plumbing. Open until 5 pm knowledgeable

The selection is great. Sadly, they gave us the wrong faucet size and then told us it was our fault when they had sold us the bathtub as well. If anything goes wrong, they will not make the mistake right even if it’s their fault. When I asked what I should do with a brand new in the box item, they said put it on eBay.I will take my business elsewhere in the future.

I'm a long time customer, the staff is great and they usually have what I need. What's cool about this branch is that there is hardly ever a wait time.
