Shawn was excellent. He provided a detailed description of he was going to do to repair our Uhaul rental in order for us to make it safely. He had to do a run for some parts and even brought us water. Checked in on us the next morning to see if we had made it to our final destination.

My 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander wouldn't start my warranty company had my vehicle towed to S.A.P. Automotive. They did an amazing job and everyone was really friendly and helpful. My vehicle wasn't ready as stated but, the amazing service guys got my car ready in a timely manner. They made sure I was satisfied before I left. Thanks guys I appreciate your help.

S.A.P. Automotive Group provided outstanding service when my vehicle broke down. They towed my car quickly and repaired it promptly at a fair price. The staff was professional, explained everything clearly, and completed the repair faster than expected. My car runs perfectly now. Highly recommend them for efficient, reliable, and reasonably priced auto repairs in Baltimore.

This is a great place. I have brought my Subaru there twice, once for a brake check and oil change and once for an emergency where my car would spontaneously shut off while driving. They got me in the same day, identified the problem quickly, got the parts and had it back to me the next day. Great service, good value, and very knowledgeable mechanics. I will definitely be coming back next time my car needs work.
