Walked in to buy a battery on 8/3/24, no one spoke or even looked up from what they were doing. I said hello, no one said anything. I then said are yall ok? Because nobody is saying anything. The one young man apologized and said oh hello mam. The other 2 grown men still said nothing.Their customer service is trash!

If a side view mirror ends up being a "special order" with a no refund policy, that should be told to the customer before you take their payment. It's a side view mirror for God's sakes. On top of that, I told the employee all of my cars details, even showed him the car, and he still ordered the wrong mirror, and now I can't get a replacement or refund because manager's don't work on Sundays. Give me a break.

I took some thought before writing this. This company is horrible to work for. They do not communicate changes to the schedule or whether they move you to another store. The pay is horrible as well as working conditions. HR refuses to return calls. If you are young and need employment then I can see it. If you are a fully formed adult beware.

DON'T BUY TOOL'S, No returns. Even if the tool doesn't work or is defeated. They are good with part's but not tool's they're trash. No returns is to small on the receipt. No one tells you that plus you don't find out until you have to return one.
