Walking into a salon I've never been to always brings anxiety. My hair was a complete mess. 8 weeks in between relaxers. And it was a MESS. The salon is beautiful and clean. Both stylists were super sweet and they had great music playing.. I walked in looking like a ragga muffin and left with a beautiful relaxed and my hair is shiny and Lucious.

Ashley did such a great job layering my wavy/curly hair and she's such a sweet, down-to-earth person! I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to being in salon environments, but I felt comfortable here.

I noticed that Salon D Renee had a yelp coupon for $50 off of $150 services as well as a good rating. Unfortunately, I could not get the Yelp coupon due to a Yelp technical error. The women working where very nice the moment I walked into the salon. They greeted me with a smile, offered me water or a glass of wine and told me they would be with me shortly. I had already decided to get there. TLC conditioning treatment for severely damaged hair. After speaking with Virginia, she advised my hair was not as bad office. I thought it was and suggested an alternative treatment as well as agreed to dye my regrowth even though I hadn't made an appointment for that service. I was skeptical at first, because I really wanted that TLC treatment, but my results made me so happy that I listen to Virginia. (And her recommended services cost less than the ones I selected!) She definitely knows what she's talking about and she delivers on her treatments, her haircut and her style. This is my first hair salon visit in Baltimore and I struck gold. Thank you Virginia.

I love that I can get in and out quickly with a beautiful hairstyle at a reasonable price! I always feel like enough time is taken to ensure I'm satisfied with the service, so I'm really glad I found this salon.

Professional and friendly. Virginia, who was wonderful, waited on me right away even though I was a little early. She did a great job on my hair. Salon was pleasant, low-key, no drama, no ridiculous pre-appointment hair policies. I am impressed and will be back.

As it was written on their profile "walk-in welcome " but when I showed up they told me that they don't have any availability and I should give them a call in advance. They were nice about it but the point is then it's better not to write that the walk ins are welcome.

My 1st salon experience here in Baltimore and I decided on Salon Renee... We all know how salon are on a Saturday especially with sunny weather. They had a nice group of clients and was very accommodating. While Shameka style, one washed which I appreciated. But I have had better shampoo experience. Idk she seemed timid to get right into my scalp idk but everyone is different. Ashley was accommodating, since I wanted to purchase hair within the salon, which I appreciated. Shameka was a great stylist. I felt so much better n confident leaving her chair. She gave me tips for my hair care tips and I will be returning. She had other clients lined up but she worked through it. So i didnt feel like I was going to rush through. Great experience! Great decor. Calming atmosphere. Great stylist!. I just met the most AMAZING stylist, gave me a thorough consultation while turning down the service. She assessed the condition of my hair and told me I needed a more specialized service and let me know that the services I booked would be a temporary bandaid and she didn't suggest I do that before seeing a specialist! It's rare to meet such a conscientious professional. She could have easily given me the service I booked, charged me, and sent me on my way, but she didn't!AsheyB ❤️??✌?Service: Hairstyling
