I purchased a refrigerator a LG brand from this store in 2019 purchase a extended 3-year warranty the warranty is still good through August the refrigerator stopped working I went back to the establishment to see if I could have him to come out and service it he promised me on two different occasions that he would come out never came when we call to see if you would honor the warranty he blew us off never came or called I have sent several customers to this gentleman that have made large purchase on wash machines dryers and refrigerators we have sent him over five or six customers in The last 5 years but he does not have to worry about me making any other purchases from him do not go there he does not honor anything after he gets your money you don't want anything to do with you.

I bought gas stove from this store 09/21. All 4 heads can't start in July this year. I contacted the owner Carlos he said the warranty is expired. The warranty is 6 months. The appliance went bad just few months after expiration. I asked them to come to check because i thought they are the seller of this used stove and they may know details of the problem. I can pay the cost for repair. The owner refused to come.

I've bought 3 appliances here over the last year for a few different places. Two used and one new. I show up, and take with me in a truck. He loads it up for me. Great prices. And some of the used stuff is just beautiful condition. You would never know it's used, except by the price. As long as you don't have to have an exact brand, you can find what you want. White, Black, Stainless are all commonly available.Reliability is same as big box stores, which means it isn't perfect. I buy new appliances from HD, Lowes, etc, and just because it's new doesn't mean it doesn't have an issue in the first year. The difference is, HD/Lowes take forever to fix problems. This place, does honor the warranty and the one issue I had was resolved same day. The issue was not the fault of the store, but rather the manufacturer.

I purchased a refurbished gas dryer from here. Owner stated if there were any issues with it working he'd either fix, replace or refund the money. During week #1 it took 2.5 complete cycles (275 mins) drying a set of flannel sheets and anything I tried drying there after. I reached out to him via telephone and text. Said he was busy and would contact me later. That never happened. So, I went into the store, explained the issues and reminded him of what he said the repair and refund policy was. Said he never said that. During the purchase he spoke fluent English to his employees. During this visit he spoke Spanish to his Employees. I could tell he wasn't thrilled with me complaining by the tone of his voice with the employees. He did send two men out. They pulled a miniscule amount of lint from the vent and said that's what's was causing the drying issues. I recently paid a pretty penny having my ducts, etc. cleaned by a company. So, that wasn't the problem. He did not reply to my last text message and when I called him stated he was busy and would call back. That never happened.

Had a problem with original installation. Made an appointment to reschedule. After quoting price and making an appointment, got a call saying they weren't coming due to their installers not wanting to finish the job they started. Language barrier made it impossible to communicate.Would not ever buy anything else from this shop.

Just purchased a refrigerator from them and would highly recommend NOT doing business here. Selection and price were good, in store, but the catch is when they arrived for the delivery. We were quoted a delivery fee of $50 in store, paid for and given receipt. There was no variation in delivery policy or pricing at time of purchase. When they arrived, the drivers asked for $50 more dollars to deliver to 3rd floor saying, "It's more work, so more money". We called Carlos, and instead of explaining why we were not told of the additional delivery fee at purchase, he completely ignored the question. He demanded $50 more dollars to deliver. We sent them back with our refrigerator and demanded a refund.

So hard to write a review just after an appliance purchase, but, "so far so good." Service was excellent, stock was high-end, price was incredible. Well deserving of all five stars. Ask me again in five years.
