Poor customer service , lost $3 on the lottery machine that’s broken and had been waiting here for 20 minutes for help when in between asking for others for aid.

Awful deli selection, long lines, and they constantly block the front door and force you to enter through the exit. They also barricade one of the entrances with pallets of water bottles so it almost forces you to enter the store through the checkout lanes.
This is annoying and makes me feel like human cattle, and is also a fire code violation I assume, The front door says “Door must be open when occupied” on it

I went to the pharmacy today, and the service was efficient, but I had a problem with my ozempic discount card instead of 1 of the 3 pharmacists helping me they sent me home and said they would look into it. I called the number on the card that said for the pharmacist to call and solve the problem in less than 4 minutes. So now I will have to go back tomorrow, that's if they actually call

So I was standing at the deli since about 745 now I didn’t know that the deli open at 8:00 AM, but the people in here are very rude, especially the white lady that works the deli

Overall a really good grocery store not too far from me. I think they have good sales and generally good produce. I wish they had a little bit more gluten free stuff but otherwise a really solid grocery option.

HORRIBLE SERVICE. All of the self-service lanes are not operating. Only one lane is open with extremely long line. Use another grocery chain. Safeway obviously regards it’s customers (as well as their valuable time) with complete disdain.

This Safeway is my go to grocery. I love everything offered. They have it all. Stop by the bakery and find you some red velvet cupcakes by Kimberly. Best things in this world!

This is a busy store, they have started to hire people so the situation in the store has gotten better.Take your own reusable bag otherwise you'll have to kick out a dime for each bag. Overall my experiences shopping here have been positive. The employees that I have had interactions with have always been positive and they genuinely go above and beyond to help you out.

Yeah I was just getting groceries at Safeway... it's a Pity I couldn't get fresh ginger I guess it's out of season it's just ginger root.

It’s a very decent grocery store in the city, my only complaint is that there are never enough shopping carts and the store seems to be understaffed.Every employee has been very nice and helpful.
