It drives me nuts that literally every single royal Farms in the city has a broken air pump and vacuum yet has a sign advertising free air. Like, is there an inside joke in management? Let’s put out a bunch of broken air pumps to make people come here for no reason fix your air pumps

The most horrid of the Royal Farms store. I visit here not to eat their stale food as I learned long ago it’s pointless to believe in they’ll ever admit to that inadequacy, but instead to get gas.
After getting gas I sometimes use the restroom. Both the women’s and men’s rooms were closed on this day.
The worst part was having to interact with an employee, who has clearly never before taken customer service training and likely would fail such a class because basic knowledge of how to interact with other humans has never been learned.
Cashier, working the only open register at 14:55 on this day.

I ordered a three piece wing wit roll & fries. I get home & there is two legs & fries no roll.
I call back to the store & the manager says he was watching the video of the girl make my order wrong.
He wants me to bring the order all the way back to be compensated. I live to far from the farm store to go back.
The manager said that "ain't nothing he gone do unless I bring the food back. All the while wit an attitude.
I asked for corporate # & the manager told me If I want the # to Google it cuz he wasn't gone give it to me

I understand people get tired. I used to work at a casino which is also 24 hrs. However we were suppose to deliver drinks in less than 10 min or else there is a penalty. Why did I order food that takes over an hour. Yall are still preparing 3 drumsticks???? No other convenience or fast food takes this long. Not McDonald’s, Popeyes or Burger King get it together….then for your chicken to be dry as helll… WHYYYYY?!
