I recently moved to the area. This is the closest Royal Farms to me. I went there to purchase 10 pieces of chicken and western fries. They made me wait almost an hour saying they had nothing ready then stood in line almost 30 minutes. The line was wrapped around the entire store. There’s no self checkouts anymore and nobody was checking anybody out for the longest. The person checking people out kept going back and helping with the people that were cooking. Customer service is rude. I can’t say that the time I went they were very busy so maybe they need more help. I don’t know how busy this Royal farms is throughout the day but if they know they have a lot of customers I feel like they need more help and their customer service is terrible. They’re very rude to you.

I am a lifelong Royal farm customer for the last Lord knows 20-30 years eating here almost every day if not coffee gas or late night dinner.. and I'm also huge customer service survey participator. And I will say Royal farms store number 340 2004 Park avenue, although very polite refuse to give me pickles with my order without charging me. A small soufflé cup of pickles is what I always get with my hot sauce and fried chicken. And I've never paid at any other store before.
Cash register terminal number 2002 approval 947537.
A small soufflé cup of pickles would have made me happy and has also made me unhappy.
$16 worth of chicken couldn't get me a soufflé cup of sliced pickles.

I recently went to this establishment earlier today and I had to honestly use the bathroom, the cashier was extremely nice but once I left the bathroom I wanted to grab something to drink and a bag of chips, as I walked passed the front door I was accused of stealing by a employee named “Taz” she didn’t apologize just told me to move around when she realized I wasn’t going out the door, a also asked for a side of lettuce and tomato she asked me to order it on the menu screen but it wasn’t a option, so she insisted on trying to charge me something for 2.99 to get a side of lettuce and tomato, I understand you take your job seriously but that was extremely rude and as a customer I am disgusted by her actions including not apologizing for accusing me of stealing

Just like any other royal farms but DO NOT come here if you are stopping to use the bathroom. They are disgusting. The toilet paper was on the floor and wet and brown. Shreds of it everywhere. Soap actively dripping down the sink making the floor slippery. And the men's bathroom was much that same. Except feces were all over the toilet seat and pee on the floor. DO NOT COME HERE FOR A BATHROOM STOP

I bought 12 pieces of greasy chicken that was dry..I didn't know until I got home.
Never again..The worst..Food is toooo darn
expensive.

I think it is asinine that you cannot use the bathroom because they’re “ closed“. I was told by an employee they was out of order and then he said they’re closed for the night. I came to this location, cause the convenience of getting gas and able to get a snack and to use the bathroom now I will just go to a different store. How do you close a bathroom? It makes no sense.

Aisles often blocked by product - removed self checkout but don't keep staff at the registers. Multiple occasions with fryers down and coffee not stocked. Shockingly bad for a newer location.

Recently this location got rid of self-checkout. I'm not too sure why that is maybe because people were stealing. However I have to say that if there was actually employees that were paying attention that probably wouldn't be too much stealing. This location is riddled with unprofessional inner city folk who you can hear chattering about not wanting to be at work. It now takes like 10 minutes for a cashier to get to the register, when before all we had to do was go to the self-checkout and we're done. A complete waste. Now we have to rely on people that don't want to be there to work to get in and out. Sad

Manager named Kim is very rude I don't know how she has a job at all. I asked can she refill the hot chocolate and you would have thought I did something to her personally. I picked up tenders and took them to the counter she told me next time don't touch them until I pay. This royal farms is no good but royal farms will do nothing. I hope it gets shut down

To Elwin, Donald and the beautiful young lady at the cash register. My greatest thanks for your assistance in my 11.17.2024 7:09pm delivery order. You all were so kind and so helpful. I appreciate your patience, your professionalism and overall caring attitude to help me. For background, I placed a delivery order on the RF App and some items were not delivered. Y'all came together, got me my items that were in-store and said I would probably get a refund as well. No one argued, no one yelled, no one walked away. Y'all just did everything you could to help. For that I am grateful. Thank you for the amazing customer service!
Everyone come to this location for some outstanding people skills as well as the famous RF CHICKEN!

It drives me nuts that literally every single royal Farms in the city has a broken air pump and vacuum yet has a sign advertising free air. Like, is there an inside joke in management? Let’s put out a bunch of broken air pumps to make people come here for no reason fix your air pumps
