I live very close to this store, so I stop by there a lot. Also have called to make sure they have whatever it is I needed at the time. Everyone is always kind, say hello and are extremely helpful!

I visited this store at 10:00 am my food was cooked in dirty grease which should have been changed. The person cooking was very rude a lady name Karen. I also think it’s very ridiculous that if I purchase a 2 piece chicken tender I have to pay for dipping sauce.

The check out register is always broken, today I tried to redeem my points getting 2 sodas, and the manager (Karen) said to me me I wasn’t allowed, that I had to wait about 15 minutes to get the second one???I asked her if she just made that rule up because i always redeem 2 or 3 at the time, and she said , yes I did made it up, and walked away, the level of customer service is really sad!! I live close by and unfortunately sometimes I have to go there, but I will make sure I won’t go to that location, ever.

I love this royal farms. I go here every morning for coffee and breakfast. The store is always clean and the employees are really nice.
