Hello, I'm sorry to have a negative review for this location, because I frequent it often. I usually only get fuel, but this time I decided to try some Famous Royal Farm Store Chicken. I do not usually buy food from a gas station, but this once I tried it.
I ordered two of the spicy chicken strips for a fee of $4.99 (inc.Tax) and when I bit off my first bite the chicken had nice spice and breading, but it was extremely dry and the pieces were very small for the price.
If I could attach photos, I would.
Anyways, I just wanted to make someone aware of the quality drop in the infamous chicken from Royal Farm Store.

I have been posting this for the last couple of times that my husband and I entered this particular royal farms. We only buy coffee and tea because, the floors stick once we walked in, I saw flies inside of the donut container, the counters are just nasty! Under the soda machine, coffee machine, and inside the unit that holds the creamers have tops, paper, straw, and dust!! The cashiers didn't pay us any mind while they were having their conversations as we stood there waiting to pay for our items! Their shirts were dirty and not professional at all. The music was extra loud! Friday was the last time my husband planned on paying for a discomfort!

The overnight crew is a pleasure to see and greet as well as be greeted by everytime I visit. They leave the facility looking clean and are truly a breath of fresh air during each visit. Thank you Kathy and crew for the great work you do.Not to mention they have a collection of some of the best graffiti lighters around ?

Kathy @ 41st and Fall Road is the epitome of Charm City. Not only did she and Dominic make my experience personal. Literally every Royal Farm in this area is closed. They apologized for my inconvenience, and made my experience at 41st post worthy. I will travel for this customer service. Most importantly, I’ll travel for this sense of community.

I love this location I was there yesterday and the ladies were very nice. Even tho I had to wait for my fries the manager was very polite and even compensated me for the wait. I only had a few minutes to wait and it was very pleasant. The young lady who was the cashier (she had pink braids) was very polite and had a positive attitude. The manager Ela was so funny. I will definitely come back. Oh and the chicken and fries were so good nice and hot. Thank you Ela and crew
