Just left this location and the two employees that are working there now today are horrible. The man behind the counter serving the food is horrible with a bad attitude. He needs to be fired with that attitude, if he didn't wanna work today he should have just stayed home, and the girl at the register is all over the place. When I come here doing the weekdays the staff is always nice and pleasant. Please hire better staff on the weekends.
I just left there again today 7/13/24 and that same rude heavyset man is still working there and still has a horrible attitude. He is the absolute worst. He is ringing the register today. Please hire better staff on the weekends.

You guys need to clean out your ice dispensers. They are caked in gunk and mold. It's a genuine safety hazard. If I walk in there and see it like that again, I'm calling the food control offices and putting in a formal complaint. You are putting the safety of your costumers at risk with this level of negligence.

Food quality is inconsistent and held at unsafe temps to keep it in the case longer. The western fries were sour and cold. If I’m not mistaken the hold time is 2-3 hours? They were rancid and very old. Someone can get sick from the lack of caring/training.

First time Royal Farmer here. Honestly I order a sandwich. The man behind the counter handed me an item which was definitely a wrap. I left skeptical knowing that I might have taken someone else's order. However, I bit into my wrap and realized it has every ingredient I ordered. The worker knew that a wrap was a better choice and hooked me up with a better chicken experience.

They do not have a public restroom. when you travel as much as I do having a place to get water and use the restroom is important

The manager Russell is nosey and will talk badly about you with other customers. He will talk about you when you are still in the store.

This review isn't a review for this location because the service I have always received at this location has always been very good. This review is about the chicken pot pie recently sold by Royal Farms. In a few words I would recommend you save your money. It was extremely disappointing compared to the fried chicken products sold by Royal Farms. The gravy didn't taste good, it was very light on vegetables, even lighter on chicken. The"crust" was a biscuit. Never had a chicken pot pie like that before. Again, it fell far below the standards for the other chicken dishes. Finally, it was also disappointing that I wrote to Royal Farms twice and they never responded. Leave the pot pie and get the chicken instead.

Rofo Log: #001Pretty good trip to rofo today. Not much to say. The lemon cream filled donut was kinda bad so can’t give 5 stars, but overall great environment and endearing employees. Mwah.
