Royal Farms in general is awesome. This location, not so much. There is usually too many loiters hanging out near the doors and near the gas pumps.

Hey rofo! turns out, in order to be open 24/7 usually you don’t lock the doors at 10pm for people who need to pay for gas or anything else in general. I’m so glad this 24/7 royal farms closes its doors at random times! Top tier rofo right here, can’t say this is the first time or that it’s consistent, but it’s whenever they feel like it! I wish my job let me work when I want to :/

I always go to get gas, sometimes chicken and fries. I love the ice. At a few of them the staff could have better customer skills.

I just was at the Potee St, Brooklyn, MD location about an hour ago. And bought a candy bar and some other things. The candy bar had been eaten by a rodent I didn't realize it until I got home, The store has a foul smell, the coffee section is always so disgusting and There's dead mice around the building outside and hypodermic needles... I was a manager of a gas station. I know that this cannot be passinginspections... This place needs to be shut down. And I am calling the health department and any other place else that I need to so they can take further action!!!! And I didn't even wanna put one star it doesn't deserve a star at all...

The location so bad that after 8pm the doors are lock the doors so u can't go instead at all

Traveling and stopped to get gas and use the restroom. After filling up I went inside and asked where the restroom is located and was told they did not have a restroom for customers. I travel weekly all over the Easter half of the US and have never seen a gas station that will not let a customer use the restroom. They were very rude about it as well.

This Royal farms is a joke. I spent thousands there a month on gas for my business. Soon as you pull up the thugs are asking if you want girl or boy. The new evening shift girl is a straight B. Been going there for years no problems. This girl starts and my wife has a issue with her and can't go in there anymore???? it's ok ill take my business elsewhere. I'm sorry my wife don't have the issue. The new girl is the one with the issue

This location needs improvement. There were a few young guys standing around outside and inside. That's discouraging for customers. The refrigerator section & coffee counter were messy. The cashier was the worst part of this location. She was on the phone the entire time I was in the store, gossiping loudly, cursing so the whole store could hear her. I asked her a question and she didn't get off the phone to answer me. She was ringing up a gas customer and didn't get off the phone then either. That is disrespectful to the customers and unprofessional for her job. This is not a location that I, my grandkids, and my friends frequent because of these issues. I hope something is done to resolve these issues.
